Uma agradável surpresa! Com certeza, voltarei!

Banheiro espaçoso, funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos, variedade de atividades para todas as idades, piscina com temperaturas agradáveis, jantar e pequeno almoço excelentes, massagem muito boa!! A mini fazendinha é uma graça!!

Travesseiros muito ruins! Considerando a qualidade do hotel, os travesseiros poderiam ser bem melhores. Mas já sei que na próxima vez, é só pedir para trocarem.

We got upgraded to a bungalow, which was very nice. The garden and pool area was super nice!

Vera nice breakfast with a good selection of eggs, fruits and bread.

I would prefer a bigger cup/mug for the tea in the mornings. Like the once you have in the bungalows!

De tudo. Hotel com uma área de jardim grande, muito bem cuidada e bastante bonita. Óptimo para relaxar. Equipado com inúmeras comodidades para ocupar o tempo de lazer. Possuidor de uma área com animais que encantam crianças e graúdos. Staff muito atencioso e simpático. Recomenda-se este hotel!

Amazing place!

Amazing place for holidays for all family! Wonderful place, everyone speaks English, excellent breakfast, everything was very clean, very quick cleaning, we are absolutely delighted!

We were in a company with our dogs, so if you also have a dog, be careful - there is A LOTS of free rabbits! :)

Lovely place to visit!

We had a wonderful stay. We were warmly welcomed by staff, our 2-bedroom cabin was amazing- modern and open and clean. The facilities are beautiful and the animals fun to visit.

Given it was late in the season, the pool was closed early. And the hotel is a bit remote. But still a lovely destination and stay!

Wonderful Hotel with nice decoration, great localization, spacious areas inside and outside, great gardening! (grassfields, flowers, smell, birds, sounds), perfect room, good temperature regulation, very kind & professional staff, lovely food, top breakfast, nice Spa with sauna/jacuzzi/pool, memorable massage, mini-zoo, tv-channels, living-room, boardgames, outside pool for tropical days, fitness-room with necessary equipment. What else... can't wait to go back!!

Very clean and comfortable bedroom, awesome breakfast, lovely staff!

Pool can get crowded in high season, and sometimes a DJ comes on very early in the afternoon, making it hard to relax.

Oasis of calm, relaxation and fun for all the family

The property was beautiful, tranquil, exceptionally well maintained and had lots of different spaces to read, enjoy a drink or eat, exercise and relax. The bungalow that we stayed in was large and very comfortable for a family of 5 (as well as our dog Lola). We had the loveliest neighbours during our stay. Both pools were spotless and the fresh fruit and vegetables that we picked from the garden were delicious as were the breakfast, lunches and dinners we ate at the hotel. The meal delivery service to our room was a fantastic option too! One of my favourite attractions were the Meerkats (Surigatos), we visited them multiple times a day, such gorgeous and curious creatures! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, we’ll definitely visit again.

A good retreat

The location, the swimming pool, the staff (they are lovely).

My parents’ room was a bit too small. The hotel doesn’t have a lift which makes it a bit difficult for people with difficulty to walk (like my mother) to walk up the stairs to go to their room. The swimming pool bar was unattended most of the time even though there were guests there - we had to wait a long time until someone showed up.

Excellent for families - kids will love the little zoo.

Excellent service, facilities and central location for those visiting this general area (Santarem, Obidos, Batalha, Nazare, Tomar and the many attractions within the Serra de Aire and Candeeiros Nature Park).

Few options for dining nearby. Since most restaurants in Portugal start serving dinner at 19:30 (7:30pm), one should prepare to dine at the property unless one is prepared to drive at night on small roads. We note that we enjoyed the property's restaurant, it is just that when staying multiple nights it is nice to add some variety.
