Friendly staff, breakfast, swimming pool and the animals. Perfect place to have some rest

Helpful, friendly staff. Great breakfast. Loved some details: the extra bed was located in a separate division. The bed was very comfortable. There is a fridge and an outside area with a table and chairs available for every room.
Minor details could be improved: some equipment must be replaced - we would have loved to use the bicycles but could not find 3 that were in working order. Difficult access if you don't have a car.

Where the place is situated is amazing. waking up in the morning with the noise of the cow and looking at the farm. Amazing staff too, they are very helpful especially Lurdes.
Everything.

Nice room with modern bathroom in a beautiful agriculture setting which would have deserved a longer stay. We just used it to see Santarém and have only 1 hour drive to Lisbon airport..Excellent breakfast
Next time longer stay.
Why not offer water, beer and (local)wine in the fridge of the breakfast room against payment/ a list.

There is a lovely atmosphere about the place, with spectacular views. The facilities met our expectations, the staff were amazing and really accommodating. It was lovely hearing the sounds of the animals and going to see them. The pool area was lovely and extremely clean. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of continental food available with lots of different types of fresh fruit as well. The rooms were really nice, very spacious and clean. This accommodation met our expectations and more, would definitely recommend.

very nice setup, lovely staff and quiet location.
Bring cash, just in case! Both my Credit & Debit cards were declined by their card reader. I just managed to get enough cash together from local ATM machine. Take note if travelling from the UK.

The running family was very friendly at all times and they really make you feel at home.
we tried both type of rooms that they have (we had to check in a few days earlier than planned) and they are both super comfortable and clean.
the Quinta is located is a beautiful area, very quiet and exceptionally maintained.

Everything was great.

It is easy to see that for a family get-away in the spring or summer, this quinta would have great appeal. It is reasonably priced. There is a swimming pool, rooms have nice patios, there are animals (it appears to be a working quinta). Our room had a small, separate room with a single bed, perfect for a youngster.
It is far from town. Arriving at night is difficult (no signage) and once at the property, you would need to return to town for dinner or food of any kind. The rooms are not equipped with anything but water, and are very basic. The heating units are noisy.

thé décor was lovely and obviously a lot of money had been spent.
two things - an incredibly uncomfortable bed which felt like sleeping on a park bench, and also chairs which had been carefully covered in plastic (hot and sticky) and were equally uncomfortable

If I am in Portugal and get orange juice from a package I know I am in a not good place... There was a buffet which in corona times should not have been.. there were fruits which were OK but standing long on the table... no vegetables at all.. loaf bread for toasting. An espressomachine which is a plus. Breakfast area is in front of a children playground and the pool, no view.
I booked an apartment and got a hotelroom with very old dusty furniture that would suite better at YMCA.. and the room smelled old.. I have asthma so a problem! a very small bathroom and a sideroom with one bed for a child. One chair to sit in, not fresh. The bed very hard and no pillows in the bed. I bring my own pillow so OK. Later I found the pillows in the cupboard. I arrived late and no water in the room and nothing open to order a bottle of water. The aircondition impossible to turn off and it was blowing dust straight over the bed. I had to call around midnight and it turned out that you had to go to the other side of the bed to turn it off.. no description of this. The small terrasse outside shared with the neighbour. Not pleasant.
