Good choice

We got a room upgrade for free, in exchange for a review. But I gave a high rating because I really liked it. We got 2 full bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and two separate bathrooms. There were heaters in every room, so it was warm, and there was a washing machine and a dishwasher in the kitchen. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the ski lifts. Mountain view. The staff was friendly and spoke English. The Internet was not working, but when we told about it, we were immediately provided with a mobile router that worked fine. The interior is a bit old, but it didn't matter to us, everything worked and that was the main thing. It was clean. Lots of new cooking utensils. An excellent offer for its price. From the recommendations for the administration: the mugs in the cupboard are not very convenient, it is better to replace them with a simpler shape and a larger size) And also add kitchen trifles such as salt, pepper, sugar, frying oil. This is useful for anyone who rents a house with a kitchen for a few days. Thank you, we will be back)

Great apartment with amazing balcony, in a central location and great communication from agency.

Location was perfect - in the centre but quiet. We were upgraded to a bigger apartment that had a fantastic balcony The communication with agency was great - quick at responding, good English and very friendly. They gave us great directions on where to collect keys and everything was perfect.

Could have done with a few more glasses in the apartment but otherwise very well equipped kitchen

Overall, positive. I would stay there again

The agency was very helpful, they accommodated a late check out and provided assistance whenever required. They booked our ski passes (including a small discount). The location is great.

The apartment is quite dated and the furniture has limited life. The crockery and cutlery are a random mish mash of sets which could do with replacing. The Wifi was sporadic. We paid for parking, which was under the building, however access was very tight and not recommended for large car.

Reasonably priced, comfortable apartment for a skiing holiday.

Clean and neat as described, with all the facilities needed to enjoy your stay in Sierra Nevada. centrally located near to restaurants, supermarket and shops.

A slight distance uphill to carry your skis to the chairlift.

Overpriced, poor service and quality, high price due to the Location.

Location, Location, location... unfortunately that is the single good thing to report...

Poor reception assistance. Poor information about best place to park prior to reach reception. Arrived at 18:00, had informed arrival at 17:00, Apartment was not even Ready!! Poor bedding quality, dirty blankets, tons of details not satisfactory (no waste bin in bathroom, poorly cleaned appartment) clearly overpriced for the service and quality!

Great location, good sized apartment, could definitely do with a clean and a more comfortable bed.

Amazing location, good sized property, super close to absolutely everything needed.

I had to go into the office 3 times to get the keys because they were "busy". Wait 30 mins and come back, cam e back, no keys, wait 30 mins and come back, came back 2 hours later, no keys. Waited another hour, finally keys. Not terrible but certainly annoying. Cooking facilities were useless, being xmas I brought a load of food to eat for xmas, it all ended up spoiling because the facilities were too poor to cook it.

Cosy apartment with a fabulous view of the sunset/sunrise! We got upgraded to a larger apartment & was also offered late check out. Really appreciated this kind gesture :)

Friendly Helpful Staff

Excellent friendly check in staff extremely helpful. Rooms were well appointed with ample self catering equipment. Rooms were clean if a little tired however there appears to be upgrading being carried out. Great location for bars and restaurants.

Stay was ok. A bit pricey for a relatively spacious but very very basic apartment.

Nice view of the mountain. Spacious apartment. Clean and well equipped with linen and toels.

Basic apartment. Beds are relatively uncomfortable. The apartment is quite old and so is the building, i.e. very noisy at night / quite easy to hear the neighbors.

We liked the location, the apartment was fine although could be a bit cleaner, it feels a little old, but it was comfortable all in all. We went with small kids and they were very flexible and helpful with the check in and out time which made the arrival and departure a lot easier for us.

Good location, no confort

The property is near to the ski lifts, restaurants and ski stores, however it is isolated from the confusion so it is calm. Great view to the mountain.

The beds aren't confortable, the bathroom was always cold (even with the heating turned on). The apartment isn't located in the MontBlanc building. No one has provided a wi-fi password. The apartment is too expensive.

Fabulous location with great views of the slopes.

5th floor so great views from the balcony. Well equipped. Quite spacious for 3 people. Good WiFi. Plenty of piping hot water. Lifts were modern and always worked. Plenty of places to hang and dry ski clothing. Very quiet considering the central location.

The car parking was height restricted for a car with a top box so we had to pay more than expected to park in the multi-storey car park. Perhaps this should be mentioned at the time of booking. One of the bedrooms didn't have a window.
