Very central location. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and equipped with the necessary utilities for a skying stay.
Good value for money, but rentals went up a little bit. Maybe sign of times…

Location, clean, good distribution of the space and well equipped
Entrance door to building could be fixed; nespresso machine in apartment would be appreciated

Great location, great staff, good communication, nice comfortable accommodation.

The location of the hotel was excellent, the parking lot was convenient!
If you can't ski due to weather conditions and there is no open track, then you have to refund the money paid for the lift tickets!
In ski schools, coaches have to be more responsible and work more honestly! It is categorically impossible to leave helpless children at the age of 4 and 5 alone at the ski lift in a crowd of people! Such instructors may not participate in the training process in the future!
In the morning when everyone is getting ready to go to the ski slopes, the official website "Sierra Nevada" should have up-to-date information about the operation of the lifts and open slopes.
One room was smaller than we had ordered for 6 people, one bed linen and towel were missing, and the cleanliness could have been at a better level. We gave a blanket, a pillow, a towel from our other room, because we were less people than the room was supposed to be.

Very close to ski lifts and the centre of the village (shops/restaurants etc).
Good parking and access to the residential block from carpark made it easy to carry everything straight up.
Comfortable beds and a good use of space through out.
We will definitely be returning next season.
It was difficult to find the apartment but cleaning staff showed us the way.

no breakfast
room was not cleaned properly, required some minor repair, cold floor. At the beginning we warmed up room 1,5 days before it became comfy

Nice modern and cosy apartment, very central with bars and restaurants at walking distance and 5 minutes to ski facilities. staff very helpful!
a bit noisy at night with bars with music loud until very late. some neighbours had dogs barking loudly at every hour

Great location! Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to stay socially distant to include a nice cook top, pots and pans, and plenty of cutlery and dishes. Room was comfortable with good heat and great views. It was easy to get into the apartment. Most people adhered to quiet hours.
The bed was a little uncomfortable and the pillows were small. Bath tub was also small making even standing in the shower awkward and I am not a very tall person.

Everything - lovely apartment with all the comforts you could want, including a bathtub!
Some basic cooking items like oil & salt would have been nice but very small point

The apartment was very well organized and appointed. Plenty of space for our big family. It was very clean and well decorated, also warm and cozy! The location was ideal, especially if traveling with children. Very close to the main chair lifts, restaurants and equipment shops. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and leave late to accommodate our children, which we so appreciate! Thank you again for a great stay!
