Generally all was good except for the bed.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the sheets were rough to the skin.

Was a nice accommodation but the service was a let down

The room was really good and accommodating

I am not one to write unpleasant reviews but unfortunately the service I experienced was a little disappointing. In the lead up to the booking the accommodation that I was needing was for the night prior to my wedding day. The owner was very rude and threatening to cancel our accommodation simply after I asked if another friend was able to stay the second night. I understand that there are rules and policies that are required for accommodation, but there is no need to threaten to cancel, but rather come to a resolution. I just found the tone used when dealing with the owner was not very pleasant. I was a paying customer and did not appreciate the tone of service I experienced. All I ask if they can be friendlier when dealing with customers cause customer service is a big reason why customers come back, its not just about the pretty accommodation. Thank you

Excellent. Ease of access, close to attractions. would definitely stay again.

Excellent place to stay. Clean and comfy perfect for what we needed and in close proximity to the wedding we went to and very close to the chocolate factory. Shops just around the corner. Will definitely stay there again if we ever get the need to.

Superb self contained units!

Race course apartments far exceeded our expectations! The apartment was roomy, clean and comfortable for my fiancé, child and myself! We stayed here for our engagement party weekend as it was close to out engagement venue. We loved it so much that we’ve booked it again for our wedding weekend!

Our only negative was when we first arrived getting the key code for the door. Everything else was amazing!

dissapointing. too cold.the heater was ineffective. we had to sit on the lounge suite with blankets

the house was cold and one of the bedroom heaters did not work. kitchen equipment was inadequate

It was homey, warm and comfortable. we had enough space to get ready for our sons wedding which eliminated unnecessary stress.

No traffic noise it was very quiet. Bed linen and towels were top quality. King bed was very comfy and it was Central to Yarra Glen

The kitchen and bathrooms were a little bit small. The kitchen table was extremely small not convenient for two people to eat meals on.

The people were wonderful and the villa was beautiful and so quiet it was very peaceful and relaxing we will definitely stay again
