Günstige, saubere Unterkunft mit relativ guter Anbindung zur Stadt für Kurzaufenthalte.

Der Preis (25 Euro/Nacht) war sehr niedrig und da kann man nicht meckern für das was man kriegt. Obwohl etwas außerhalb gelegen, ist die Lage auch nicht schlecht, innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten sind Busse und Bahnen zu erreichen.

An heißen Monaten ist es im Zimmer kaum auszuhalten. Aber während der Buchung ist das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage auch angegeben. Das ist dann nicht Schuld des Gastgebers, aber das sollte man vor Buchung bedenken.

Dobra baza na weekendowe zwiedzanie Budapesztu.

Lokalizacja blisko przystanku metra, dobry dojazd na lotnisko. Centrum handlowe w pobliżu. W pokoju mała lodówka i mikrofalówka. Wygodne łóżka. Cisza.

Bättre än priset antyder.

Mycket bra pris, och med tanke på det så var det bättre än jag förväntat mig. Personalen var lätt att kontakta och mycket tillmötesgående.

Vill inte klaga, men bra att veta att du får vad du betalar för, och det är lite lyhört från korridoren.

Jól és kellemesen éreztem magam.

Csend volt,nyugalom,a két ágy ellenére egyedül voltam,nagyon gyors a kommunikáció. Gyors a problémamegoldás. Például nem hétfőn,hanem végül csak kedden tudtam bemenni a szállásra 7-re,olyankor nincs személyzet, egyszerűen elküldték e-mailben a kulcsot(QR-kód formájában).

Szerencsére olyan nem volt.

Good location , confortable room & very helpful host. Good customer care :-)

I do not like the QR code system to use to enter. Firstly as I used first time I had difficulty but the host sort it out. One of my phone was blocked and I was lucky to have my old phone with me otherwise I can not go in and out without the picture of the code.

Csendes környék. A max.3 percre van a Kőbánya Kispest állomáshoz.

Lehetett volna szőnyeg a szobában, illetve személyenként még egy törülköző.

Barátságos és korrekt szállás.

Nagyon jó ár-érték arányú, illetve elhelyezkedésű. A környék csendes és nyugodt. Néhány utca sétára található Köki áruház, éttermek, boltok. A vasút, metró, buszok szintén néhány perc alatt elérhetők.

Good location, but not suitable for hot summer

It is located near the last metro station.lidl in walking distance. Parking on site in shadow under the tree Tables in the garden. Budapest worth to visit .

No air condition and with open windows, you can see and hear strangers walking couple of ten centimeters near you. So you are waked up early. Bathtub is leaking water.

Check in process is too bad, the qr code does not work always. Bed is too uncomfortable for any sleep. If temp is 20 degrees then the room is a oven. Don't book this place.

Good price and nice stay

One of our two rooms has an air conditioner, which is really great in the hot summertime. There is a swimming pool close by, so bring your swimming clothes if you want to go there.

excellent off street parking but facilities were rundown. beds were clean and well presented.

great off street parking. good security with electronic code.

paid for tax when booked but had to pay again at property. no staff onsite. bathroom sink would not drain, towels provided were not bath towel size. could not wrap around body. comfortable but rundown.

Maybe install A/C in some rooms

Staff answers all the questions via Booking.com Messenger within a very short period of time. 24h Check-In possible via QR-Code, meticulously clean room and shared bathroom/toilet. Perfect location if you arrive at Budapest Airport around midnight. Bus 200E stops a 5-10 minutes walk away. During the day Metro Line 3 into Budapest city center is also only 5-10 minutes walk away. Affordable alternative to the Hotel Chesscom and Hotel Sunshine around the corner.

Pleasant

Great price. Close to train station and airport. Beds sheets clean. Easy Check in.

Too far from city center. Weird neighborhood (for girls, i would not recommend). Bathrooms could be cleaner. The doors make a lot of noise.

Very nice thing with the QR codes to check in. We arrived very late in the night and we received code so we could go to the room. Personal was very helpful and contact with them was really nice - they tried to solve our problems. The parking was not so big but we could park our car in. There was a kitchen so we could prepare our meals.

Very small towels, poorly equipped room.
