Lovely apartment. Nice staff. All excellent tho I was out all day from 8am until midnight plus..attending World Athletics.

Exceptional

The place is really good. Staff is nice and friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. Hermina has free parking in its yard, the territory is closed for outsiders. Easy to find.

Old and dirty facility, OK for 1 night stay but not longer

A fan is provided and very needed in summer days. Decent sound insolation between the rooms internally. Neighborhood is residential and quite. Free parking but only for 10 cars onsite. Overflow goes to free street parking. The owner is responsive in communications.

1. Guests are supposed to clean their plates after use, which also means the plates are not clean, and the kitchenware is dirty and disgusting. The cleaning staff does only minimum maintenance on the common areas. 2. Overall the building is old and not very clean. 3. Blinds do not block lights.

It was ok and compared with other accomodations in Budapest not expensive.

Location was ok. Parking behind a locked gate is nice. Kitchen facilities are nice.

No airconditioning. A fan only is not sufficient.

Kind staff. clean appartment. Subway connection upto 10 mins by walk. Own parking place in the yard behind the building.

Permanently smelling shower. Very noisy group od Hungarians, accommodated in same time. Even it was midnight, they were very noisy on the outside terrace and we could not sleep. I had to go down and ask them for being quiet. You could not close window because of very hot weather in these days. But this was JUST problem of accommodated people, not the appartment itself. Air condition is unfortunately missing. Double bed is not comfortable. But in general, price performance ratio for Budapest is good.

Free private parking

Very hot and bad air! Always hotter inside than outside. No air-conditioning and because there was a built-in flyscreen on the window, you couldn't really ventilate the room. The two useable shared bathrooms always had a bad smell and the toilets were dirty. The matresses were very hard and extremely uncomfortable.

Decent size rooms, friendly welcome, close to railway station into central Budapest.

No lift to upper floors - the only thing.

we were not informed about city tax before arrival. Owner informed us about this when we met first day. This is a little bit not fair because we were not prepared for any additional costs - we did not get any recipt when we paid this tax.

Good location(bus and Metro is in walking distance). The host is very helpful to carry the luggage with me.

Staff was very friendly, everything was very clean. House is nice

It was just a bit chilly during the night and we had tu turn on an electric radiator that was in the room, provided by the house :) so no problem

All fine, internet speed good. I did not ise, but there is an outdoor BBQ etc

Kitchen is 2 floors down, bathroom door could be more reliable and toilet bit more convenient

Great location, quiet and convinient. Great comunication with the staff.

Single bed in our family room was great, but the big bed was unconfortable.

Very good

The apartments are located 10 minutes' walk from the metro station and 20 minutes from Heroe Square. The facility has its own parking lot. There are shops and two restaurants nearby. The owner is very kind and knows Serbian, which made it easier for us to communicate. It has a nice yard, a paradise for smokers. The rooms are ok, the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is shared and fully equipped.There is wi-fi, TV, enough sockets.

One room had no window.
