Fish massage included in spa!

Pleasent staff, good selection of amenities, clean and well organised. They even had dead skin removal by fish!

Was a bit long to the centre with a stroller, but this is not the fault of the hotel

Good value for money

The swimming pool was low maintained It was built of small ceramic mosaic While many of them are missing and its not nice to step on the sharp edges

Пребывание в отеле оставило положительные эмоции как о самой гостинице так и в общем о курорте.

Основной плюс в том что работники отеля пошли на встречу когда я уменьшил пребывание на один день. После уточняющих вопросов вернули деньги за неиспользованный день. Бассейн большой. Спа очень хорошее. Приветливый персонал, всегда чистые полотенца в наличии. Забыли взять водные сланци и одели тапки с номера. Когда закончили нам без вопросов выдали навые.

Негативных примеров нет. Не воспользовались даже половиной из того что предложил отель.

Good value for money.

Hotelul are multe facilitati si este prietenos cu familiile. Camera a fost mare si a avut chiar si chicineta.

Curatenia in camera si pe holul etajului. era curat cand am venit dar camera nu a fost curatata timp de 5 zile si s-a adunat foarte multa mizerie pe pardoseala.

Все отлично! Спа хороший. Завтраки разноообрызные. От отеля до центра немного пройтись нужно, но это и отлично, прогулка

В отеле очень тепло и чисто.

Обновите немного комнаты , повесьте картины, создайте уют

刚好及格的四星酒店，比较适合有小孩的家人

酒店的工作人员都非常的有耐心，好沟通，及时回复。自助早餐选择也非常的多样。刚好我生日，酒店还送了红酒。有可以寄托小孩的中心。很适合家人出行，但是对于没有车的年轻情侣，并不是很合适。

房间和照片并不符合，我们的房间也并没有订单标注的山景。我们的双人床只有两个单人被子，并没有双人被子。第一天晚上我们到的时候，17点桑拿并没有开放。酒店位置很偏僻，位于一个几乎只有酒店的游客区域。照片里没有显示的是，酒店周围很多建筑工地，道路并没有修好，路边荒草丛生，非常荒凉。酒店离市中心也非常的远，步行需要25分钟左右，附近也几乎没有咖啡馆餐馆等其他设施。而且几乎附近的所有酒店都有桑拿和泳池。

Всичко беше много хубаво, стаята ни беше уютна, с всичко необходимо. Беше чисто и приветливо. От персонала всички бяха много учтиви и дружелюбни. Храната беше вкусна и разнообразна. Благодарим за всичко!

Наоколо няма никакви работещи магазини, всичко беше затворено, не можахме да направим дори една разходка.. нямаше къде!

Pleasant staying

Very spacious and clean. Being on the ground floor turned out to be great, as we could exit from our apartment straight out into the garden, where there are hammocks for hotel guests to use.

All ok for us.

GreT value for money

I think the hotel is great value for money. I think that the food was okay, there was a lot of variety of food to choose from. I liked the big rooms, the level of cleanliness, the friendly staffs and the overall placement of the hotel with regards to Bansko.

I think that on Saturday the jacuzzi was not super clean as there were many visitors. At some moment the jacuzzi stopped and some trash such as long hairs came out on the surface. I would have appreciated if the staff just asked the guests at some moment to leave the jacuzzi to clean it (this might have happened but I was not there). It is a bit weird and it does not match the standard of 4 star hotel to serve butter mix (including palm oil and some other ingredients) rather than pure butter! I would in general have preferred less variety of food but higher quality of the food served (don’t get me wrong the food was tasty, but there is more to work on). There is no mosquito nets on the windows and also while I was there there have been some noisy kids (but there was not that much the hotel could do about that!). I did not like that the shower head was filled with calcium and that the spa gowns had some holes here and there (however I asked for a new one at the reception and I was given one). Nevertheless it is one of the best hotels in terms of price/value for the summer in Bulgaria (perhaps in the winter the prices are different).

The hotel offers affordable accommodation and the rooms are clean, spacious and with all the needed ammenities. After a long day of hiking the spa center was a great place to relax. Also the breakfast was great. I totally recommend this hotel

Big room, well equipped, nice staff, very good breakfast. We enjoyed returning to the hotel every day to use the pool, sauna and even the salt room.

Sve je sasvim dobro osim buke tokom noći sa bazena

Kasno u toku noći se uključuje sistem za prečišćavanje vode u bazenu koji stvara neprijatnu buku i širi miris hlora celim hotelom pa i po sobama. Nema spavanja.

Good stay and very nice hotel

Location is great. Especially our apartment that is on sun side and looks on the small river. The noise of the river was amazing! Prices are very good.

The breakfast could be improved. Most of the food were cold that supposed to be warm, not variety of choices, and no offer to order eggs or omelettes…

Nice spa and pool for relaxing

The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The dinner was very good and the spa area was a very nice place to relax.

Some staff were asking you to leave the spa area 15 minutes before the scheduled closing time which is fairly early in my opinion.

Good

The room was spacious with a nice view of the mountains. The buffet breakfast was good too. Short walk to the gondolas from the hotel.

We were going to have dinner in the restaurant for my wife's birthday, but the place was a mess and full of screaming kids. Then the front desk made us stand there and wait at checkout while they sent someone to our room to make sure we didn't take anything from the fridge even though I told them we didn't.

Great hotel with great spacious rooms for family and friends. Needs positive waiters.

The room was spacious, the bathroom was super clean. The pool was clean, the kids-room was great for my children. The food was good.

The waiters war fast for delivery but could smile more and be more less-official . Example : I needed fast a juice drink for my kid(he is a toddler) and I go to the main-desk so i can bring fast a drink for him but the Waitress insisted I go back to my table and she will bring that , she bring the drink after 4minutes, and my kid was crying 4minutes because of that. The jacuzzi bath was not clean, because many people are using it per day, at least they can clean it more, lot of pieces were floating in the water.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff

The room were clean, very comfortable, and super helpful staff .Spa and fitness centar was excelent. All you need in one place I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bansko
