Great location and atmosphere. We use pool there every day and kids love it. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Will stay again there in my next trip 👍

I recommend it for large families or companies that value space and ability to get anywhere by foot

Large apartments, we were very comfortable in 5. Each of the 3 children had their own room. Nice view from the windows. The environment is warm when the heaters are working. 10-minute walk to the gondola lift.

Defective microwave - it was never fixed during our vacation, although I contacted the reception. The pool and sauna work only until 19 - it was not very convenient for us. Well equipped kitchen. Large dinner table

Good budget family stay

Top Lodge is in a good location and it’s great that they have a pool, sauna, and gym. Their Wi-Fi was also great, suitable for streaming, video calls and remote work. The kitchen was equipped well enough for basic cooking. Friendly staff.

The bathroom shower leaked and flooded the floor after every shower. The couches were falling apart and not suitable as extra beds. The sheets provided did not fit the mattresses they were on. We would wake up and be sleeping on the bare mattress as the sheets moved while we were sleeping.

it was ok for the price paid

the location, 5 min from the gondola and the heat in the apartment was good

our room had some minor problems, the couches were old and broken. the shower had a problem, the water was coming from the under the cabin.

OK for this price, but nothing fancy

Good location, everything is in walking distance. Easy to park your car.

Booked for 5 person but at the reception they told it was booked for 4. There was a sofa for the 5th, sot no real problem, but it was a bit confusing. Swimming pool was cold, not enough power outlets in the apartement.

We stay here not for the first time. The first time we rented an apartment for 6 people. There were great apartments with everything you need. This time we rented an apartment for four people. The apartments were large, bright with a balcony. The kitchen has a stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, everything is old, but working) Nice staff here.

The sofas in the living room are old and not comfortable. The bedroom does not have a double bed, but high mattresses are placed side by side and they move apart. The shower in the bathroom was missing one door.

Disappointing

Good location nice pool

Toilet was leaking from the bottom end and was smelling terribly we had to have the door closed all of the time and couldnt use the bathroom we had to leave one day earlier because we couldnt stand it!

Good option for weekend

really close to the center and the lift gondola, quite place, good value for the money

there was a small leaking issue with the sink in the bathroom and the bed sheets were clean but really old. Kind advise to the host - change with new one.

Clean bad linen and towels (sound strange but at overall outlook of the appartement it was a luxure).

I very, very reary leave bad comment. But this time we are really disappointed. The appartement didn't look like the picture. It was dirty inside-the floor on one of the room had some sticky/jam like spots, the bathroom was bad too. Most of the things look very cheap and were broken- as water facet, towel rack. All the kitchen cabinets and fridge were dirty. We stayed only 2 days, didn't cook, just had a fruits and wanted to used some plates- they were also sticky as from old oil, so it was disgusting. The only good was that there were a liquid dishwashing. We often go to camping, so we are not 5stars hotel's type, but don't like a misery. The beds were old too- the spring were out. The door someone broke it before, and was not very secure to close. Definitely doesn't worth the price.

Beautiful apartments in Bansko.

Very nice apartments complex with pool, sauna, children playroom etc. The location is ok, not too far from the gondola, around 10-15 min walking. Private parking in front of the hotel.

No restaurant available in the hotel.

Walls were paper thin, could hear neighbours talking from upstairs and beside us, beds were so uncomfortable and blankets were tiny.

great value for a place 10 minutes to the gondola

I picked this location because a friend was staying here and it was convenient to meet up. the location was a 10 minute walk to the Gondola. it was well situated. Everything was great. It was good value to stay here. The lady who worked front desk was superb!

Family cozy apartment

I like everything there: The location, Swimenpoole , a little garden.

The furniture and cooking tools are really old. The ping pong table is more than really old, gym... So , it is not new hotel at all, but I like it. There is enough place for kids and for families.
