Goede slaapplek dichtbij het centrum.
Verder niks bijzonders.

Location is excellent, short walk from the train station, great links to many places and central for everything. Comfortable clean room, very comfy bed, good size.
Would have liked a mini fridge in the room for water etc. Other than that there was not much to complain about. The water in the shower and sink was slow to drain away but apart from that everything else was very good.

Friendly and helpful staff, very convenient localisation just opposite to the central train station. Two supermarkets nearby.
It is necessary to scan the room key for extra security before being able to enter the elevator and the stair case to the rooms.
The garage costs 16€ per night and is just a 5 minute walk away.
The room has a very big shower, AC and big windows. Although we had the "do not disturb" sign out one day, we still found a paper bag with fresh towels and cups in front of our door.
Unfortunately fully opening the windows was not possible, only putting it on an angle. The room could provide a second garbage bin, as the bin in the bathroom is very small. A fridge in the room would have been nice, too. Although fully closing the curtains it does get quite bright in the room after sunrise, so please bring a sleeping mask in case you easily wake up from brightness.

Excellent location right across Centraal. Has very nice supermarkets and canals nearby. Quiet stay.

The location of the hotel is the best you can get, right next to both the city center and the trainstation.
The room was quite small for 3 person, not much room to store things. Also, beer selection at the bar is quite short.

Very good location, right next to train station and easy to get to the centre of town. I like that there are two entrances. The bed was super comfortable and I had a view of a windmill. The staff were really nice.
One of the lifts made scary noises... Sounded on the verge of breaking down. The shower faces down so you have to stand really close to the wall.
I also had a weird experience where I think that the family next door accidentally entered my room. It woke me up and I was confused. I told the staff and they said they would get the guy to check the keys and make sure they could not access more than one room. The staff were so nice about it though and gave me a free drink and believed me even though I was hazy on the details. I did not feel angry, just more concerned that this could happen, and so I'm glad they took it seriously.

Friendly helpful staff, clean room with air con. Great shower. Toiletries were refillable so very little single use plastic in the room - lots of sustainability initiatives. Right by the train station, lots of bars restaurants and sights just steps away
Due to our travel weekend we paid an inflated rate

Very friendly staff. Clean, practical Ibis room. Excellent buffet breakfast. Secure bike storage. Only a short walk to the centre.
The bike storage room was down a flight of stairs, and far too small for the number of bikes.

The hotel is very convenient for the railway station and not far from the town centre. The breakfast has an extensive range and the staff are very efficient and friendly. Leiden is great!
The room was not very large. The key cards constantly needed to be 're-charged' as they failed to work after a few hours.

Vet good location. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The lady on reception (Egla??) was fantastic: helpful, good-humoured and efficient. Staff happily stored my husband’s medicine which needed refrigeration overnight. A very pleasant stay.

Location is very handy for exploring Leiden
Friendly and helpful staff
Great view from higher floors
My single room was very small (419)
One of the lifts was broken
The hotel is in the process of being refurbished
Rather expensive for the standard provided

People at the reception are very friendly.
The room was light and spacious and the bathroom very comfortable.
Unfortunately during the night the air conditioning system made intermittently noises and I could not sleep very well. Also I was not able to properly set the right temperature.

Friendly staff. Comfortable room, great shower, and room kept very clean. Near station but not noisy and a short walk to old town.

Location and good value
Noise at night, TV kept switching itself on in the early hours

The Hotel is very well located and even if it's in the train station area it is quite quiet. The room was large enough and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and they accommodated our request to have a more quiet room.
Breakfast wasn't very rich or special, even if it had everything one could need in the end. I was expecting a bit of a more local touch as well, with some local specialties maybe, such as cheese for example.

great location for us to see family
only two pillows on the bed. when asked for more at reception we were told lots of other customers were also complaining about lack of pillows but none available so they would send up blankets for us to put underneath. sorry not acceptable. buy more pillows.

Location, breakfast
Bartender at the bar in the evening. Not experienced and rather uninterested in his job. Not very friendly

Convenient location, reasonable price, clean. Don't need more for a city stay. Parking is not possible at site, but available for €16 per day in a car park close by.

Very clean and comfortable. We had deluxe room well worth extra money.
Breakfast very expensive.

Close to the station
Very small room. No comfort like refrigerator. No direct telephone.

Breakfast buffet was quite good.
Rooms don’t have a wardrobe and there is almost no place to hang coats or jackets.

Excellent location. You get what you expect from an Ibis a compact room with fast internet and basic amenities. Perfect for business travellers. We really only were going to the Ibis to sleep, so it definitely met the expectations.
It's ok value for the money, not like a super deal. The breakfast had good options, but not all of them were good - the waffles were stale and hard, the bacon super salted, but the eggs not salted enough.
