We had an amazing time. Exceeded expectations!

Accessibility, location, apartment. Metro station was very close, supermarkets were near. Apartment was bigger than we expected - provided with everything. Overall, we are very grateful and would definitely recommend the place.

There was a huge spider in the bathroom.

Polecam, idealne na krótki pobyt w większym gronie.

Świetna lokalizacja, w pobliżu Pałacu Schönbrunn, w mieszkaniu czysto, estetycznie, wszystkie udogodnienia zgodnie z opisem, bardzo łatwy odbiór kluczy, w pobliżu miejsca parkingowe, cicha, spokojna okolica.

Exceptional

Everything was clean and the apartment had plently of facilities to ensure a very comfortable stay. It felt very comfortable to stay in and it's quite close to the center.

In the description it said that there was an iron but I couldn't find one when I was at the apartment although that could have just been me not able to find it. Other than that everything was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay nevertheless.

Location has easy access to the underground train and close by shops.

A bit of noise from outside due to close to the main road. Noise could be less if I had my windows closed, but the windows were left open because the weather was very hot. Only one fan provided in one room. The second room was left without a fan. Only one room has a TV. Noticed the underneath of bed was dirty. The cleaners obviously neglected it. The bathroom had a sink for hand washing but the water was not flowing properly through the sink. We had to resort to the one in the toilet for hand washing and brushing of teeth though this was smaller. The apartment could do with a new floor carpet.

Great location, very close to the metro station. Easy to get to.

I got 20 emails from the Apartment with information, all this could’ve been 1-2 emails. It was very annoying. The heating did not work, so it was a bit cold.

Superb

The location was great and how close it is to the public transport and also grocery stores. Also, equipment of the apartment and the heating was on point.

We didn’t get the apartment that we booked, but this one was okay - it was a short stay so we didn’t complain. The beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Reasonable price and quality ratio!

The location is close to the metro and easy to reach the city centre. Bed a super comfortable. In the kitchen were all the needed dishes and over kind of equipment. Reasonable price and quality ratio!

The flat was on the 4th floor and the walls were not soundproof. It is easily possible to hear what neighbours are talking about. Thankfully we had quiet neighbours and were not many issues regards that. The shower is low quality, not possible to take a quick shower as the water not running very fast.

It was OK for a brief stay, but would not book more than one night.

The price was very reasonable for Vienna.

The bedroom smelled of cigarette smoke from the downstairs unit. the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows flat.

I liked it

The check-in system is really easy and convenient, you receive a text the say of your arrival with all the details you need. The wifi is strong, the apartment is well equipped, and the building is close to public transportation.

My suggestion would be to change the pillows and blankets with newer ones.

Easy to book, easy to find out location.

I like Location. The apartment was clean!

NOT Internet connection as well as TV, between 14:00 to 18:30 on 1st November 2021. There was a big blue bag with laundry in front of our apartment door for two days.

it's a very spatious apartment, well located.

The reality is much worse than shown on the pictures. Right when I came in the flat there was a terrible old floor smell ruining the whole impression. Although there is some new furniture, the doors and the windows are still very old. I didn't receive enough towels and some spots in the flat weren't that clean. There was also a wet rag left next to the TV. There's no elevator in the building either. I come to Vienna frequently and I have to say I've stayed in much nicer places for lower money.

Few nights in Vienna.

Beds are quite comfortable. Close to the tube station. Good communication with the host. WiFi.

The apartment needs refurbishment. Floors are squeaking, pillows are uncomfortable, ventilation is poor. Necessity of uploading PCR tests was announced via email after the booking has already been made.

Passable

Good response when inform the host regarding the dishwasher having partial diluted soap and the smelly kitchen ware in it.

WC is super small, my 9 yrs old daughter have difficulties to use. Location, is next to main street and is noisy, is different street from browsing map given. Wash basin is too small but the mirror cabinet to big and knocks on our head everytime when we brush our teeth.

Comfortable

The house was clear and the stuff in the kitchen are great and enough. Fridge and oven was working effectively.

Its far away from center, but there is a metro station on 5 min. The internet connection was not good.Watching video or reels and youtube did not work effectively. Toilet was really small and there is no vantillation. And the bathroom was in kitchen, and the water heater wasnt work good.

A good place to rent for short or long period.

Fast online process to get the key and the room. Big livingroom with very comfortable beds. Kitchen well set up to cover basic needs with appliances, plates, glasses, cutlery. Heating system good. Very clean. Near to metro, bus, train.

Walls are tiny and noises can ve heard very easily from other apartment. Only the plates, pots and cutlery need more cleaning attention from the cleaning company.
