رائع و خياري الاول في حال رجعت إلى فيينا

المكان رائع بجانبك سوق فيه جميع انواع المطاعم و سوبر ماركت رغم انها بعيده قليلاً عن السنتر ولكن مكان ما يتفوت كل الخدمات حولك و تبعد تقريباً 20 دقيقه بالقطار و المحطه تبعد 3 دقايق مشي خله خيارك الاول سعر مقابل و مكان و نظافه صراحه

Zentrumsnah - sauber - neuwertige Ausstattung - spartanisch bei Küchenausstattung

Perfekte Lage an einem Shoppingcenter mit Kino am Millenium Turm und gutem Anschluss an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Man ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten im Zentrum. Wir hatten ein Appartment in der obersten Etage. Daher kann ich nichts sagen, ob es genügend Trittschallschutz gibt. Es war alles sehr sauber. Zutritt zuerst mit Türcode und danach mit einem code für den Schlüsselsafe. Toaster und Backofen zum Brötchen aufbacken ist da und hat gut funktioniert. Auch Toilettenpapier und 4 Kaffeepads, 2 Spülmaschinentaps, Zewa Rolle, Spültuch, Nespresso und Zucker, ausreichend für den ersten Tag. Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach und sehr geräumig.

Unter einer gut ausgestatteten Küche verstehe ich etwas anderes, aber wem 2 Töpfe und eine Pfanne reicht, Küchenutensilien (keine Schöpfer, Sieb, Schneebesen, Schere ect.) so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Es handelt sich um eine Unterkunft in der man eigentlich Selbstverpflegung vornimmt. Wir waren nur für ein paar Tage und haben uns nur Frühstück selbst gemacht. Dafür war es ausreichend. Kein Abtrockentuch und kein Spülmittel. Küchenutensilien. Aussicht auf eine ruhige Straße hatten wir nicht. Wir konnten nur auf die gegenüberliegenden Wohnungen / Büros schauen. Unser Ausblick vom Balkon war in den Innenhof was wirklich kein schöner Anblick war. Es war nur das Doppelbett gemacht, obwohl ich Anreise spät abends zwischen 21 und 22 Uhr angegeben hatte. Also mussten wir die Sofas ausziehen und die anderen 2 Betten selbst herrichten. Auf die Anfrage, warum die Betten nicht gemacht sind, bekam ich am nächsten Morgen eine Antwort, dass ich dies im Vorfeld nicht explizit angefragt hatte. Nur eine Flüssigseife im Badezimmer. Im WC Raum keine Seife. Kein Shampoo oder Duschmittel - stand aber auch nicht in der Beschreibung. Die Parkplatzsuche erwies sich als schwierig da um die Unterkunft herum nur Anwohnerparkplätze sind, oder mit Parkplätze mit online Bezahlung. Daher lieber ein P+R nehmen und mit der Bahn hinfahren - man braucht ja dann eh ein Ticket, um sich in Wien fortzubewegen.

Comodo appartamento

Appartamento spazioso, ben arredato, dotato di tutti i comfort e servizi possibili. Ottima anche la posizione, a due passi da S/U-bahn.

L’appartamento è inserito in un grande palazzo, la notte troppo rumoroso. Proprio sopra di noi durante tutta la notte, schiamazzi e rumori.

Die Lage ist TOP !... der nahegelegene Bahnhof ist fußläufig erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gleich gegenüber. Tolle Aussicht auf den Millennium Tower und die Donau. Das Prozedere mit dem Zugang am Anreisetag war gut erklärt und hat perfekt funktioniert.

Das Apartment ist ein wenig "in die Jahre" gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Im unteren Zimmer waren die Jalousien komplett defekt und in der Leuchte von 4 Glühlampen nur 2 eingesetzt. Im oberen Bad funktionierte die Heizung nicht. Die Sauberkeit ist verbesserungswürdig. Im Backofen waren noch die Reste von den Vormietern. In der versenkten Abzugshaube ist Schimmel. Auf den Scheuerleisten wurde schon längere Zeit der Staub nicht mehr beseitigt.

Bis auf wenige kleine Details ein Ort, an den man gerne wieder kommt!

Hervorragende Lage für Öffis, unkomplizierte Organisation der Schlüsselübergabe, Appartment zum Wohlfühlen - alles Nötige war da, um einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt in Wien zu genießen, sogar Kaffemaschine und Kaffepads, Geschirr und ausreichend gute, überzogene Bettwäsche für jeden, der ein zweites Kissen oder eine zusätzliche Decke benötigt. Danke für diese Aufmerksamkeiten!

Leider kein Shampoo in der Dusche (hatte keines mit, weil ich davon ausging, dass das Standard ist), im Schlafzimmer kein Schalter für das Licht neben dem Bett - und auch keine Nachttischbeleuchtung. Mussten mit "Stein schleift Schere" ausmachen, wer am Ende aufsteht, um das Licht auszumachen. Auch nur 1 einziger Stecker im Schlafzimmer für Ladekabel (eine Verlänerung hinterm Bett hätte gereicht)

I wouldn't recommend staying given the location and quality. Find something closer.

The size of the apartment was good for the family. Enough beds and room that we could all have our own space. It was close to public transport and easy to get around.

It wasn't exactly close to the main part of Vienna that you would like to visit. That was on us, we were looking at the wrong place and we definitely regretted it. It is at least a 20 minute train ride into town. Luckily the public transport was super easy to use and very convenient. The room itself was spacious but the towel rack was damaged with the wiring and socket literally hanging out of the wall. This meant no dry towels and generally a safety concern. The tvs didn't work, which was difficult for our family to have some down time. The shower head was also broken with showers happening from the waist down or awkwardly holding the head. In the middle of Winter it was not very nice. No one responded when I provided that feedback either which is a shame. I wouldn't recommend staying there given the location and the quality of the accommodation. I provided this feedback both to the host directly and to Booking.com and no one has responded, so it's obviously not important to the host.

In apartamentul cu balcon toaleta era la intrare in apartament iar accesul in incaperea cu dus se facea prin dormitor. Am primit o singura cheie de acces pt fiecare apartament desi eram 3/4 persoane cazate. Una din chei nu se afla in lock box la sosire insa am sunat la proprietate si am primit in scurt timp instructiuni cum sa optinem o dublura.

Pleasant and calm

The apartment was clean and spacious. Well connectivity to the train station and tram. Nearby mall where you can get everything.

No instructions on handling the centralized air conditioning. There was one in living room but that didn’t work for bedroom so it was hot there

Spacious, modern equipped apartment

Very bright and spacious apartment, soundproof windows, very nice neighbourhood. Grocery stores and metro station right around the corner. Modern furniture. Easy communication with host, self check-in and check-out.

Only thin blinds on the living room's windows so one of the couples has to sleep in a very bright room.

Cute but smelly

The apartment was nice and large. The bed was the most comfortable bed we've had in Europe hotels. There was a map about the area for things to see and places to eat that was lovely.

The only thing that was awful was there was cat pee in the bath tub and that made the entire apartment stink. We got in to the apartment late and night and just closed that door and went straight to bed. I sent a message in the morning but never heard anything back about it. Assume because we checked out then as well. But that was gross and unfortunate.

Stay here for longstays, if you're a short-stay tourist, stay in the city centre!

The Team who runs the place was definitely very helpful. We were locked out of the apartment (our own fault!) and the team was very friendly with helping us get back in! The property was clean and hygienic. The building had a code to enter, which made it safe as well. If you're only 2 people looking for a long-stay & you're okay to be away from the city centre, this is a good option.

The property was definitely a too cramped for us. We were 5 guests, and did not realize how small it was. 2 people stayed in the bedroom while 3 of us slept on the couches in the kitchen / living room - not ideal at all. The property seems fairly new and definitely needs some furnishing such as mirror in the bathroom, storage cabinets with supplies such a TP, shower caddy (yes, we had to put our products on the floor when showering), hooks to put towels on, etc. The location was also not ideal for us. It was a 30 min train ride to anything touristy. While it was certainly only a 5 min walk from the train station, given that we had so little time, we would have preferred to stay in the city centre. The amount of money we spent on travel would have compensated for a more expensive place in the centre + saved us a lot of precious travel time.

Big apartment in nice location with great access to public transportation, shopping center and restaurants. The apartment was clean and spacious. The beds were comfy.

There was an undistinguished smell throughout the apartment, perhaps from some cleaning product. A kettle and small pot could be useful as well but overall it was very well equipped.

Superb

The apartment is very big, modern, and clean. Air conditioning is a blessing during the summer heatwave. Check-in is very easy, the instructions are detailed and easy to follow. The area itself is not the fanciest, but it's very well-connected and very convenient if you want to explore around: - metro and trains are within one minute's walk, with direct lines to every bahnhof in Vienna and to the airport - big shopping mall in front of the building, so food and shopping is not a problem - if you need some fresh air, then 1 min walk to the promenade along the river or one train station away from Donauinsel
