部屋がびっくりするほど大きくて開放感があったところ。
シャワーの水圧が弱く、熱いシャワーは出なかったし途中で水になり寒かった。トイレの水圧も弱くて流れないこともあった。エレベーターが古くて怖かった。

The hot water was not stable. I nearly got burned during the shower time. It would suddenly turn very hot. My right foot was burned to red at the beginning.
It was very noise during night. So many people were arguing in the hallway.
3.2
The room was comfortable and the bed was excellent.
The bathroom, the bath was difficult to get in and out off. Because the floor being marble, it was scary because it was very slippery. The toilet bowl was full of water, and it leaked onto the floor which made the floor even more slippery. We need more bathmats to ensure getting out of the bath was done safely.
3.2
Location
Run down, heat pump not working noisy equipment outside window.

Spacious room, old school ellegance, central location informative staff gave us some good ideas and directions. Well appointed bathroom, again old world but functional.
Extra fees for parking, and the place is getting tired but still overall we liked this place
3.2
We did not have breakfast as we had an early hospital appointment.
We liked the ambience of the interior. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable.
As we arrived late afternoon and left very early we can only say that what we did experience was very good. One thing that would be better is that parking could be free, especially if staying for one night only.
3.2
War geräumig, viel Platz.
Große Klima/Lüftungsanlagen unter den Fenstern. Einfach Verglasung. Sehr Geräusch intensiv.

You can tell it would have been so grand back in the day. The size of the rooms were so big. The beds were comfortable.
My shower was cold in the morning at 8am although it had been warm for a minute at the start

Honesty
Hard to get in and out of shower as an older woman. Needs a footstep and something on the bath floor to avoid slipping in the bath. It's a safety issue.
3.2
Comfortable spacious rooms, city center location, own car parking (even though you had to pay extra).
Admin process needs review and attention! We booked 3 rooms, fully paid prior to check in with credit card details etc all under the same booking. But when my family arrived to check in the other 2 rooms they were asked to pay a bond. And...we paid for their car parks and they were charged again which then took time, frustration and energy to sort. Unnecessary stressful process that obviously needs reviewing.

Location of hotel
No milk for drinks
No car park available though it was stated there was
Worn and cut out carpets
Dirty bathroom with constant running toilet water
Plug in bathroom didn’t work
Still expensive for late night arrival at 10pm couldn’t use the bar to take drinks up to room
3.2
Location and staff
No kitchen in hotel
3.2
location to eateries and Sky City
The male staff member at check in could do with courtesy classes not very customer friendly at all also we arrived at 2.45pm and couldn't check in until 3pm.I don't believe rooms were not ready.
3.2
Room is musty, smelly, walls need painting, bath height is dangerous to enter/exit. Mirror in bathroom is broken. If I had arrived before 10pm I would have demanded a refund. This is not worth €134 even with the Booking. Com discount. More like €50
Very disappointed.

the location
rooms definitely need renovation also there was so much space in the room that needs filling. kettle was leaking water, and the shower head was too. toilet kept filling up with water, curtains were dirty but the most concerning thing was the random stairway covered by a shower curtain which had some sort of piping or power system behind it!

The Hotel Manager and Staff are friendly and helpful

It's value for money.
Guy on reception was not that friendly.

Good location
Staff were helpful
Comfortable bed, good bathroom
Close to resting

I can only speak as I find. The property is tired and dated. However, it is centrally located with a variety of restaurants on the doorstep. The reception staff were welcoming, polite and helpful. We stayed in room 110 which overlooked Victoria Street. The large bedroom and en-suit bathroom were very clean, as were the bed linen and towels etc. Air conditioning, TV, and courtesy tea/coffee facility added to our stay. Perfect for an overnight stay.
The rear entrance

I liked the balcony I thought it was really nice. I liked the style of the balcony and I enjoyed how large the rooms were; also liked the windows old industrial 70’s style. I liked that the WiFi was accessible in the rooms and how close the hotel was to everything. I liked that there was ample amounts of towels and a hairdryer as well as working tv in the room. The young lady who checked me in was really friendly and nice.
Wish that the rooms were decorated a bit better; whilst I enjoyed some of the quirky retro vibes it could do with an updated version. The fridge in my room was leaking and not sure if that was the reason why room smelt strange. It was really dark in my room too and on the morning before I left my room was opened by two gentleman accidentally (think they were doing checks).
3.2
The location was excellent
The room could of done with a really good clean
3.2
Lovely huge room, unfortunately the bathroom had a terrible drain smell but advised staff on check out and they immediately credited full price.
3.2
Location was good.
There were no amenities at all such as hair dryer, teeth brush...and empty body soap. Bed was terrible and the queen bed was made up with 2 single beds. Carpet was wet. Blood on the cartain. There was only 1 tea bag. Smell was bad in the room because the people can come and smoke outside of the window.
3.2
Leaving
The room is so dated, the bed was lumpy and hard, the pillows were like hard rubber, the toilet didn’t flush, the parking don’t even get me started and the top window was open and too high to reach to close and it was so bloody noisy outside and it sounded like a boiler or something exploded 1/2 way thru might!!!!
3.2
The location is the best thing about this accommodation.
I booked two rooms
One of the rooms the heat pump wasn't working at all. We made a call to reception but no answer. There was no fan in that bathroom and the pressure in the shower was weak.
3.2
Location and cleanliness
The musty old smell you get from old fashioned curtains and carpets.
3.2
Nothing but location
Well dated rooms which need refurb badly however if that was it I would be fine. It started when I came back from work after working for 10hr on a project tried to get some sleep but the room opposite was hosting a party and whole night had loud music and people going in and out banging on doors etc so tried to call 15 times no response then finally decided to checkout at 6:am as me going to explain them didn’t work at the end went across Ramada which was much better for a decent sleep… also sent 2 emails to the hotel and no one ever got back to me … such a shame. Imagine if this was an emergency literally there is no staff onsite or reachable so you are left to run the hotel and sort hotels problems till the hotel team enjoys a well deserved sleep …. What a joke. So in theory if there is fire in the room next to me the hotel expects me to extinguish it for them after paying $$$ per night anyhow I will be reporting this to council as they should be allowed to operate
3.2
Bed was comfortable but cleanliness is definitely an issue everything is worn & outdated!
Cleaning skills need to be taught!
Carpets were worn & faded, curtains were stained, shower curtain was tatty & torn, net curtains didn't match in length, very noisy at night! (not really the hotels fault just the location).
Would not book again.
3.2
Nothing! The only good thing was the staff at the counter
Dated rooms, dark room noisy room; noisy room, slippery dangerous bathroom, parking was terrible down some dark dingy alleyway.
3.2
staff were friendly
very hard place to find, lack of parking for guests and we were unable to check in earlier. when you have traveled almost 20hrs all u want to do it check in and relax
3.2
Clean sheets and towels. Off street, secure parking. Friendly receptionist.
Decor was dated, carpets throughout could do with a proper clean. We were put in a room next to the noisy extractor funnel. Other noisy guests woke us with slamming doors. Walls were thin, one could hear the water in the pipes and the flushing of the toilet in the next room.
3.2
Large spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable large bed.
The distance from car-park to hotel/room and a dingy unpleasant location. Very tight car-parks. Car was hit and dented, badly by another car. The driver did not leave a note.
Lovely Grand Old Hotel, renovated on a medium budget. Had a terrible sleep as noisy unpleasant clientele in the foyer, hallway and balcony areas. Loud music and people in the city area.
