Amazing ! we loved the stay ,especially my 5years old son enjoyed it so much,he liked the Kayak , Waterfall and swimming pool. Thank to Michael was always very nice and helpful . Highly recommend , We will definitely be back again .!

A very pleasant stay

Location is top notch - you can see the Haruru Falls from the pool area Michael was exceptionally hospitable and nothing was too much of a problem Complimentary snacks went down a treat The bed was soooo comfy

Very good choice .

The falls motel , has stunning views. Michael who owns it was very helpful and has good knowledge of local history. Rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you would need ,and all at a very reasonable price. On our last day we had problems with our car starting .Micheal could not be more helpful and got us back up n running .I would definitely stay here again and would recommend .you won't be disappointed.

Relaxing and quiet. Short drive to Paihia for shops and restaurants. Nice location, great hosts.

The location was great - so close to the falls you can hear the water and the view of the river was great. The kayaking was fun. Only a few minutes drive to Paihia. A great brewery serving pizzas very close by. Unfortunately the week we were there it rained constantly but we were comfortable and dry inside. The owners, Michael and Campbell, were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

The units are very dated. However the new owners intend to do them up and we are looking forward to going back next year and see how things are progressing. We enjoyed our stay.

Owners were amazing, very helpful and accommodating. Very nice location in a relaxed setting by the waterfall. The kids enjoyed the nice clean pool. The room was very clean and comfortable, we had a family of 5 and had no issues and really enjoyed our stay.

We will definitely plan to stay there again when our travels bring us north to Paihia.

The staff was exceptional, very accommodating and helpful with directions and extra needs.

Unfortunately with all the rain that they had the previous month and during our stay, the pool was being serviced. The owner and staff was very open to assist with other options. Kayaking was fun, the trampoline and playgoround. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms clean and shower great with plenty of hot water and water pressure.

It's really a nice view especially in the early morning but the WiFi is really bad if you have family members that's very much into Internet stuff. It's quite annoying because it says Connected but no internet access.

The pool doesn't look that good compared on the photo and WiFi is really bad!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our first holiday to Paihia. Had the most amazing stay here!

Great location, the room was perfect for what we needed! The owner was so so friendly and super accommodating! He gave us loads of information about Paihia and recommended things for us to do, also whenever we had a question or request he was more than happy to answer and help us out when we needed it ☺️ loved our stay!

An easy and comfortable stay. Upstairs apartments are roomy with everything we needed. Owners are friendly and helpful and the pool was a big plus for my son even at the end of April!

Highly recommended.

Great location, just a few minutes from Paihia and great for heading north. Peter was extremely friendly and helpful. Couldn't have been much better.

The lights are a little oddly placed and kitchen is a bit small. However everything worked and we made do with what was available.
