Clean but small room, central location for restaurants

The room was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Parking area fills quickly so get there early if you can. The location was great, walking distance to restaurants in Lonsdale Street.

The bed was very soft which isn't to our liking. I wouldn't describe it as an apartment -it was a small hotel room. No table to sit at in the room. there was some seating in a lobby area but it was quite dark.

Very pleasant, accessible and affordable accommodation with easy parking.

It is so near the centre of Canberra and as we like to walk around a city and not drive so that we can enjoy a meal, it was ideal. The balcony gave us a good view over a park and the kitchen would make an extended stay very easy.

I think we really liked it. Someone who doesn't like taking lifts, or prefers a more "motel" experience, may not want this style, but the car park has such easy access.

Perfect for short stays, will book again

The apartment was very clean, had good water pressure in the shower, lots of cupboard space and a comfy bed.

All parking spots were taken every night, I ended up parking quite far away from the hotel

Room was good. Everything outside that needed cleaning and looked after.

Convenient location. Reasonable rates. Rooms were relatively modern and clean. Complimentary mini Kitkats in fridge a nice touch.

Stayed Friday to Monday. Foyer, Elevator and Hallways were very dirty and never cleaned at any stage. Foyer rug was never vacuumed. Elevator carpet never cleaned. Grime on buttons. Third floor area near elevator: Brass handrails had disgusting finger prints and dust. Carpets dirty. Spider webs in window. Hallways: dirty and never vacuumed. Dark carpet only made it look more gloomy and dirty. Fridge in room. Whenever you tried to open the door the fridge would slide out of its enclosure. Cutlery: Only very, very bare essentials supplied. Extra couple of spoons and forks would have been appreciated.

A lot of dents and chips in wall. Leaking taps and sanitary items left to use not refilled.

Passable

It had a wifi access point in the middle of the ceiling with a very bright green light. It was the worst night. No sleep. A joke. You need to stop putting this bad accommodation on line or be accurate. Say room is bright green when you turn lights off so you won't be able to sleep. Never going back there again.

The Best value accommodation in Canberra!

No modern but with a modern feel in the rooms. Lots of kitchen amenities and great comfortable rooms.

Didn’t get my room made up each day as I had requested.

Nice room, good location.

Older style property but room was refurbished to a good standard, it was clean and comfortable. The property is in a good location with many places to eat nearby, also only about 20 minutes to walk to Civic town centre.

There was nothing here to complain about.

Great value, clean, modern and spacious!

Beautiful, clean spacious room. Close to everything!

A bit noisy on the main road. But it got quiet after about 10pm.

the hotel forgot to provide the towels for every room i have booked, that is not ok and the front desk already close when we arrive around 9-10 pm. i call them but the manager cant do anything and told me leave a comment. so that's all i can do
