Hyatt Mumbai Experience

Good Check in expereince as they were happy to help. Room sizes were great.

Would have loved to have a coffee machine. No snacks or anything kept on arrival. The price was expensive. Mosquitoes outside couldn't stand out with family. Swimming pool for such a big place and only 2 umbrellas working. Rest all was out of order. Would say for such a high calibre hotel the finishing of the property maintenance was not up to standard. I see in the room itself that the ceiling lights were plastered with not proper finishing in the living room. The lights in the room were too low. Outside, I see plasters, etc, peeling off. Breakfast too chaotic, had to wait on que just to be allowed to go in. Next day i had an early flight so had requested for breakfast on the go which never arrived. Even though on check out I informed the reception it never came.

One of the best hotel stays we’ve had in a long time!

The location was perfect for visiting my family and friends and close to the airport. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The buffet breakfast was a real standout and customer service at breakfast was outstanding. Manmohan, Logesh and Makrand looked after us exceptionally well and were so friendly. Really made our stay!

Very minor things based on the fact that our stay was exceptional. It was a little bit confusing and long navigating between the residences and the main hotel but people were really helpful. The pool could be slightly heated in winter months.

Overhyped location overpriced tariff

Friendly staff...good breakfast...

Disturbing Sound from ongoing Renovation... Very uncomfortable pillows... TV channels not working... Intercom was not working in my room... Old property.. Iron box cable had a cut and had an exposed cable ...could lead to an accident if used...luckily noticed it in time and informed the reception....didn't expect such low quality check for a 5 star hotel Overall not worth the tariff..

Overall the hotel is great

There is a variety of food choice, it's a rich breakfast. Our room was spacious and the bed is also comfort for a good sleep

i would suggest to have one more door between the shower room and washbasin otherwise the bathroom is completed wet and slippery after shower

Clean, comfortable hotel in a good location with friendly staff

Very helpful reception staff. And especially Irfan! He fulfilled our unique request Adequate breakfast spread. Helpful assistance Good housekeeping Room service was also good

Bathroom door had no lock! Sound proofing of the room can be improved

Great stay

Breakfast: a variety of food and options Room is pretty large, and the mattress is comfortable; we had a proper sleep.

i would suggest to have another door at the bath room; so that it will not spill out and let floor wet The room has terrible soundproofing

Breakfast buffet was excellent and very enjoyable. Loved the service and the fresh food. The room was immaculate, clean and comfortable. Loved the bed! The bathroom was spotless. Linens and towels were spotless. We ate at the Chinese and Italian restaurants and loved the food. Delicious! Service was attentive and excellent. The check in and check out were smooth, and timely. Karan was very helpful and provided us with attentive service.

Keep doing what you are doing. Your staff are providing excellent service. I saw no mosquitoes ( a past complaint by guests) We enjoyed our stay so very much.

Housekeeping, room service and restaurants were great, the spa spoilt it for me being a 5 star hotel

The breakfast room was amazing, food variety was exceptional and staff were excellent.

I did not like the spa experience, this facility needs an upgrade, change rooms were not clean, and staff need to be trained better.

It is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. And yet the wifi never works, even if you HAVE TO pay for it. Always goes off and off. Very frustrating and unacceptable. The tv is too old and not able to mirror anything from any device, not smart. Also unacceptable in what supposedly is a 5* in 2024….

Kindly Manage your in-house guests over private parties.

The SPA especially the Jacuzi.

The property was not informed about our HALF BOARD stay and when we went for the dinner buffet we were asked by one of the SERVER to go back to our room and as per him our dinner will be sent to our rooms,as there was a private party going on, when we refused to go back then they served us on the table as the menu was not according to buffet it was limited due to private party going on ( in two of their restraunts). I haven't expected this from such an colossal chain of 5star Hotel. Not a good experience this time as we came here last time thinking about good food and hospitality which was missing this time.

Nice hotel for business travelers. Close to the Airport.

Good spacious rooms, nice food. Must try the Italian restaurant. Excellent chef. Very spacious lobby, good for business meetings.

Room carpet needs a change. Room light switches were difficult to understand. Took me 25 minutes to get the hang of the switches .. still the toilet lights remained a mystery.

Amazing food. Staff need training.

The buffet dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Pool was very nice.

Mosquitos a lot around pool area and also in room. The staff at reception were not aware of the half board basis and were arguing that the hotel does not even offer half board. We were requesting to confirm which restaurant to go to. Room booked with balcony but allocated one without.

Grand Stayaction within the City

I had booked a stay with 2 meals. The cleanliness is top notch and the staff are friendly. The Hotel is pet friendly so it was nice to see them around. The property lives up with the name Grand. My room was grand, the wifi speed was excellent. The breakfast and dinner was mouthwatering. I enjoyed my 2 days stay.

The name GRAND HYATT is not quite appropriate I thought given all of the above . Calling the hotel just Hyatt would be m

The wait staff were exceptional ! And so were the housekeeping staff. Always willing to go the extra mile but the Manger on duty Mr.Faraz was not very accommodating or helpful and nor were his staff. Their lack of respect and consideration for the guest was obvious.The wifi did not connect my devices even on the 3day of my stay and television had issues too.The volume constantly went down to the minimum and had to be adjusted frequently on a different remote control.The room had mosquitoes in it and my daughter was quite brutally bitten and became quite sick. The room are dated and the carpet needs a regular vacuum which I noticed had not happened in a while.

The food was the highlight of my stay at the Hyatt but the rest was all a blur.
