Overall a good hotel

Comfortable rooms, good food, great location!

The check out process was a bit disappointing and the staff member handling the same was unprofessional.

Excellent! Near perfect.

I was flying to London with my family and we all decided to stay the night at the courtyard as we had a morning flight and didn't want to take a chance with Mumbai rains. Best decision. Weather got bad overnight and if I had to leave from home, I would have had to do it at 4 am. Stay was very comfortable and my family was happy especially my 1 year old daughter who had the all the space to walk all around.

The pool area was very slippery and badly lit. Never seen a pool area have such slippery tiles.

It was good stay but bit pricy

Nice food, rooms were spacious

I had a small issue with the payment but staff was not very helpful to clarify payment. However I was not over charged but it could have been much easier if staff would have known the process of payments on hold and time frame of releasing it.

Not matching marriot standards

Room size and cleanliness of hotel

Breakfast was average We got the suite for bathtub, the size of it was too small for a couple Room service was terrible, everything we requested came 30 mins late Front desk was too slow and lack of response felt Till date i did not received my bill that was promised to be sent over mail to save paper... Staff was not well responsive for requests, they hardly cared I asked for a scissors, i was given a bad one n i was chased to return it within 30 mins, the guy literally chased me till lounge area Unacceptable for the price i paid

Great staff , unbelievable food, lovely building except for bamboo scaffolding out of window

Staff ! Ankit found my jacket when I left the restaurant and had rang my room to tell me as soon as I had got back. I went down to get the jacket and give him a £10 tip which he refused saying “ I was only doing my job” a true professional and a lovely honest man Jerushia breakfast in the morning very attentive, helpful and gave us lovely personalised advice on where to visit in a short time frame The lads at the concierge who helped book taxis take cases The lady Hatla ?? At reception who was friendly and informative All the staff were friendly and warm which was a big change from the hotel we had just left Thank you

الله يعين اللي حيسكن فيه هالفندق

- ساعدونا في موضوع الوصول للمستشفى لما صارت حالة التسمم - لم يعجبني حرفيا شيء

- النظافه اقل من المتوسط بصراحه وطلعنا من اول يوم بحالة تسمم من سوء جودة الاكل - كذلك شراشف السرير كانت سيئة وغير نظيفة ويوجد بها بقع - ريحة الغرف والممرات شيء لا يطاق 😖 - السبا اقل من المتوقع وما يحتاج تحكي عن ريحة الزيت ( ريحة صدأ حديد واضحه جدا ) - الغلاية حقت المويه فيها صدأ من الداخل - الديسكو كان صوته واصل عندنا بالرغم من انه احنا بعيد منهم

bullshit , you book city view and SHITTY VIEW

PURPOSELY, STAFF GAVE ME ROOM WITH WORST VIEW POSSIBLE, WHEN I ASKED TO CHANGE, SHE AGAIN GAVE ME SAME KIND OF VIEW At time of arrival, they begun arguments that booking is single occupany, so for second person i need to pay extra, later after i got mad at them they asked to pay breakfast charges extra, and then purposely gave me room with shitty view, literally can see the water accumulated with shit there. such nonsense, as usual, india way, free money needed and use personal gurde .

The perfect week

The staff was so caring and friendly and never said no for anything. The room was very comfortable and the food was excellent. Location is great. Everything was kind of perfect actually.

Honestly can’t think of anything. It was truly a perfect stay.

Employees are the strongest asset of this hotel 👌

Staff!! I cannot stress out how genuinely helpful and warm employees of this hotel. I would give it a 10/10 for the people behind the training of this employees. Located in the middle of the busy city but theres peace once u entered the hotel. Like a feeling of safety after the whole day hustling in their busy city. Pricey but worth it. Great breakfast, great amenities .

Great Location, Great Service & Excellent staffs. Money worth spent on a pleasant stay before flight

Extremely well presented and professional staff members. We arrived early and our room was ready even with a nice birthday decoration on bed and tasty birthday cake for my partner ( I did mentioned its his Birthday though I wasn't expecting this level of care on reception). Hetal at reception made our check in experience extremely pleasant as i was bit concerned for arriving early but they surprised us BIG TIME by already being prepared for us to receive as guest at no additional cost. We had our first lunch at the hotel Momo kitchen at the lobby which was a great experience, tasty food with lot of choice on Buffet and the vegan Ala cart menu for my partner was spot on. The waiter Bekham gave us a great service. Extremely detail and understand the need of the dinner before even asking. Young but Dynamic Bekham definitely made our dinning experience pleasant. The pool was great , nice and warm I guess we spent more time in pool then in actual city sight seeing as the hotel made is so comfortable for us not to leave it. The location was great hence no time to get bored plenty to do outdoors as the metro is just 100 meters away. Room service was great. The food was tasty and portion were big. The last night Dinner at Umrao was pleasant and the food was tasty. As a world traveler I could pin minor issues what I didn't like , however Service from Hotel Housekeeping staffs , Hetal at Reception and Bekham at The Momo restaurant in lobby just made it 5*. Excellent service and great value for the money.

The room was nice and clean with only one con the sliding doors of bathroom too tight or heavy to slide and the cupboard door ! (please change it , I chipped my nail trying to open it . I forgot about it as the reception was good) . The room corridors have a moldy smell wasn't too pleasant it can be fixed I believe before I return again in few months time. :)

Good spread

Breakfast was served on the ground floor extended lobby area. This was too crowded and we had to stand in the queue to enter. It took us 15 minutes to get a table, and the end time for the breakfast was not extended as the staff started to close the counters at 10:30 am

Everything was nice. The bed is too soft thus, not so comfortable. Room decoration is also nice, but the pedestal lamp kept obstruction the one of the nice paintings. More aesthetics needed.

Good location near airport for overnight stay to connect to your destination.

Corridor in our floor was damp and had tobacco odour.could even smell tobacco through the a/c.

Hotel standards have deteriorated

Firstly I’m very mindful when I book to book with breakfast. When I got to the hotel I was told that breakfast was not included. This is the second time on booking that this happend. The rate changes when you get to the hotel and they charge for additional amounts
