Schöner Ort und netter Host, Ausstattung sollte aber etwas gepflegt / überholt werden.

Tolle Lage, nah am Strand. Genügend Parkplätze, schöner Balkon.

Küchenausstattung sehr spärlich (kein scharfes Messer, kein Salz, kein Öl), Wasserhähne spritzen sehr stark wegen Verkalkung, Mülleimer im Klo öffnet nicht und muss händisch angehoben werden (nicht so angenehm, da alle vorherigen Gäste ihr benutztes Klopapier darin entsorgt haben), klebrige Nachttischschublade.

Super located studio with overwhelmingly friendly host

Great location, several fantastic beaches within short reach, Nico's friendlyness is overwhelming. Great view.

It's a typical Greek studio, not particularly suitable for self-cookers. But for making coffee and breakfast it's enough.

Great stay!!

Such a beautiful building! The room was cosy, had a great balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the outside. It had a heat pump/airconditioner which was great because the weather got a little chilly during our stay! Had a small but well stocked kitchen, within walking five minutes walking distance to resturants and 10 minute walk to supermarket. It's very near the beach and bus stop access to Parakia and other towns. There is a direct bus to Parakia which takes about 30 minutes. Nicolas himself was so welcoming and helpful, with recommendations and let us store our luggage in reception after check out.

Superb

Nico is one of the most friendliest hosts you will ever meet! Because we arrived late we didn’t meet him For our check in, But he stopped us a day later when we were walking next To the road, asking if we were his New guests. Then he immediately gave us a tour from his car to show us the best places to go to in Paros, amazing! Thanks again Niko, we loved our time there!

Perfect place for all your relaxing needs. Nico is very very hospitable and helpful.

Everything went well. Nico is a very very warm helpful person. He gave us great recommendations for the area and beyond. Arranged our car rental when were ready to explore the island. He was always ready to answer our questions. The studio was sparkling clean with great air conditioning. The location was perfect with a short walk over to the beautiful beach and many restaurants close by and a grocery store all in walking distance.

nice location, friendly host, comfortable spacious room

Nicos is a really nice host, friendly and welcoming, he gave us tips on where to go to nearby beaches which was nice. the room is spacious, clean and comfortable. the area is nice and quiet and the Logaras beach is beautiful and very close, other beaches are reachable by foot. excellent stay!

The wifi wasn’t working properly, not a big deal though

Super recommended! An unbeatable experience 🙌🏼 Our stay at Nicos Studios has been incredible: it is one step away from the beach, it’s super relaxing and quiet, really nice owner, taking care of every last detail and about your well-being. If you want to spend an unforgettable holidays in Paros, I highly recommend staying here, far away!

Very good!

Nico is a great host! We arrived late, by bus, and he was at the bus stop waiting for to take us to the rooms by car. He was kind enough to give us several tips on what to visit, what to eat, where to eat and the what were the beaches nearby. The room was on a nice villa (very well maintained) - simple, clean and near the beach.

Exceptional

Very friendly owner, he showed us the best restaurants, beaches and places on the island. We get a bigger room then we reserved. Room was clean, it had a big fridge with big freezer, nice balcony

Bed was too "springy", if one of us moved in sleep the other was instantly awake.

Very good

Nicos is a great host. He handed us the room keys himself, even though we got late at night. He helps all his guests and guides very well for things around Paros. The place is lovely and clean, and just a 100m walk to the beach—a beautiful balcony view from the room. Wonderful place, stay, host and location.

The place is located a bit far from the city centre. So if you cannot rent a vehicle, it gets a bit difficult to travel around. The bathroom was congested and small, and the toilet seat was shaking.

Everything was nice! The room, the view, you can walk to the beach, enough restaurants to choose from, a walk of 10 minutes you arrive at the Harbour where you can choose different restaurants and in the afternoon you can swim there.

An excellent spot to relax. Beautifull and calm

The studio was very clean, bigger than I thought and at 1 min by foot from Logaras beach. And that is true Nikos is super friendly, like everybody who works on Logaras beach at restaurant and shops around.

Amazing value for moeny

Beautiful property right next to the beautiful logaras beach with bars and restaurants a walking distance. Rooms were clean and tidy with beautiful views. And the best part was the host was so friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay

Mi casa es tu casa

The place is so cosy ☺. Have beautiful panorama view room size is very confortable. Close to the Viva Punda beach ⛱ 😎, the bed was confortable. There is also Car parking. Nikos, the owner, is so kind gentleman, good energy person, very friendly approach and want to help customer at any point to make them feel really welcome.
