It had amazing views and the pool was really nice and relaxing. While it’s a walk from town, it’s a beautiful walk mostly by the beach.

beautiful rooms and stunning pool. staff are beautiful, pick up and drop off at the port. very kind and willing to help. the pool over looks the port. rooms are very nice and cleaned daily.
location will require a car or ability to walk up steep hills to walk in and out of paros town about 1.7 km and 30 min walk.

Mr. George was very accommodating. He picked us up and dropped us off from the port. The property was beautiful.
The property is about a 10 minute drive and 30 minute walk from downtown. If you don’t have a car/atv the walk back is uphill. However you are on top of a mountain, so you have great views, just recommend making sure you have some sort of transportation booked.

Absolutely stunning place, with the pool and sunbeds overlooking the sea.
The rooms are spacious and well equipped with everything you might need to make meals.
The host was extremely helpful and friendly, for example giving us a lift to and from the port, which we really appreciated.
We had a great stay and would definitely recommend.
If staying here, you may want to rent a car/moped to get around. This place is a little bit outside the town, and the walk there is doable but a bit dangerous because of narrow winding roads.

As we arrived we were picked up from the port, upon arrival we got an amazing room with two spacious balconys, both had an amazing view on the sea from one side you could overlook part of the pool and the capital’s port. The rooms are clean and nicely arranged. A scooter was arranged for us, so we could easily and comfortably travel across the island and to the beaches in the area (there are plenty). The hotel is family run, they are really obliging and kind. As we had a very late ferry on our last day, we were not only able to leave our luggage at the reception, but even were offered a room were we could rest and shower until our departure time. Here again we were driven to the port with our luggage. The only thing we regret is not staying longer, but this way we will certainly come back!

The location is perfect with the best view and a 5min drive from Paraika. The family hosting the establishment made us really feel like home, the service was super good :) 10/10

The property itself was lovely! Brilliant view, stunning pool, clean and tidy apartment with all you need. As a solo traveller it was just right. There are no food and drink facilities on site but the room comes with a fridge and cups/plates.
Transfer was included both ways which was very handy as I didn’t hire a car or bike for my stay. The location is about a 20 minute walk into the town which does include a hill (it is manageable but in the heat it can be quite a challenge!). Would recommend hiring a car if you aren’t comfortable walking.
The only negative for me was the distance from the town. I don’t mind walking so it was fine however in the heat the distance and hill is a challenge.

George was waiting for us at the Port when we arrived and when we left he brought our luggage to the port as we were walking around the town. Maria, who works at the hotel did laundry for us and was so friendly. It's a very personal experience. The room is cute and quiet, so we could sleep and relax, which is what we wished for. The swimming pool area has a nice view, especially for sunsets.
Nothing to report.

very friendly owners, we had a really beautiful room, great view over the bay and the harbour, nice swimming pool with a nice bar. there are not many rooms, the accomodation is personal and very friendly. down the hill is a really nice beach with a really nice beach bar with good food. and a beautiful walk around the rock (20 minutes) there is another nice beach.
walking down to the beach (or up the hill) takes about 10 minutes and is quite hot during the day. from the beach is it still about 30 minutes walk to the city of parikia. but we could ask for a transfer by car if we wanted.

We had an amazing view directly from the terrace of our appartment! Nicely equipped appartment for our family of four. Communication with Effie was friendly and perfectly clear, free pickup by George in port.
Beach and port are just a 10 to 15 minutes walk away.
The pool experience wasn’t fully to the max. The couple running the poolbar didn’t give us the warm welcome feeling most Greeks do. Silly rules like opening hours of pool from 10:30 to 20:00. Nothing more refreshing than an early morning swim in a climate like this. But when we walked to the pool we were chased away in a rather angry way. Like we were naughty children…
Just enjoy the perfect view from the pool!

Stunning location with amazing views, owner very helpful and friendly. Pool excellent and a lovely idea to have the trust to note down your own drinks in the bar book. We are definitely going back next year. Thanks again for everything.
