A terrible health hazard that needs an extreme overhaul. Extremely disappointing. Will definitely not be back or recomme

Our family room was not clean, it was dusty, had cobwebs everywhere, little brown garden roaches and built up dirt. The first time we went to use the microwave it caught on fire and our replacement microwave was filthy, full of spilt food and stunk terribly. We didn’t bother to use it. The mattress covers are full of stains and the bathroom door is rotting. Booked for a family of 4 and we have 3 chairs, 3 glasses, and 2 forks.

Easy, comfy stay with room for improvement

Location. Bed was comfy. Good water pressure and temperature. Price.

Mould starting to grow in shower. Sounded like there was a commercial washer/dryer running on the roof at night, not sure what caused it. Milk was not replenished when used.

overall the room was great

very noisy as I was on the street side. there was an intercom that someone pushed in the middle of the night and it continually beeped non-stop. also there was no early key drop box, so I left it in the room. never saw a person, my key to the room was left under a doormat.

Comfortable,,warm, clean. All amenities. Had difficulty getting hot and cold to mix in shower.

Spacious and comfortable. Quite. Although it was 'old' it was a pleasant stay.

Excellent value for money and would recommend family and friends to stay if they're in the area.

Located along the main street but the traffic noise was well buffeted out. Very comfy bed, close to eateries and shopping precinct. Within a short stroll around the lake and parklands.

decor' was VERY dated, but, in another couple of years it will be back in style.

Very clean. Nice sheets. Microwave and crockery Room looks a bit dated but is very nice, clean and comfortable

Good location, it was clean.

Unfortunately the room was a bit down at heel. The bed was ok but the pillows were uncomfortable. The TV remote did not work. The shower had a slippery dip floor and poor water pressure. Also although it was a non smoking room there was a smoking area directly in front of our room.

great stay, comfortable room and excellent customer service

property was central to the city and was very comfortable staff were really great in helping us with our requests

only downside was the wireless internet strength, it was poor so we couldn’t use it

Great spot. Very clean.

Very clean room. The bed was comfy. Had no problems with the free wifi. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

The shower head needs replacing, it’s old and doesn’t work well.
