Value for money and good location.

Convenient location

The decor was outdated. Also I could hear next doors children crying late at night. (Adjoining walls not sound proof )

Unfriendly and very shabby room.

Bed linen seemed clean.

The greeting was far below professional. Unfriendly and unhelpful. The room was not very clean (dirty crockery and glasses), and the sofa should have been at the dump.

Close to suitable restaurant options for a meal and loved being near the lake walk and Art Gallery.

This budget room needs renovating but the price made allowance for that.

The price was reasonable and there were no problems with our booking or check in.

We needed fresh air but the window was not able to be opened and had no fly screens. The older air conditioner worked but was noisy and lacked the usual controls.

Clean, lovely staff & great value for money

location, great value for money and most importantly, clean! Staff was also really lovely & she makes a great breakfast. Chinese Takeaway they suggest is highly recommend - delicious.

Other than the carpark confusion, we were comfortable & the room was clean with everything we needed.

Vicky at reception was lovely & welcoming. Very good value for money.

The carpark was a little confusing. a Ute was parked in 2 spaces including ours outside our room requiring us to park in someone else’s only to be moved on by them to another spot some distance from our room.

Friendly staff and great location

Great location. Friendly staff. Great breakfast 😋 They let us get the key early because we were going to a concert and wouldn't be back at the motel until 10pm.

The shower has poor pressure. I have long hair, and l wouldn't wash my hair because I wouldn't get the shampoo out properly because of the water pressure

Overall very pleased with the stay and amazing price. Will be back again!

Staff are very friendly. Enjoyed the extra touches of milk and a local newspaper. Room was extremely spacious and no noise came through from other rooms. Great location.

The pool looked a little green and being in the middle there isn’t much privacy or sun protection so we didn’t use it. Would be lovely with some trees or shade sail.

overall, a very positive experience and I will return again for its proximity to the new art museum

everything necessary for a relaxed enjoyable overnight stay excellent location for my visits to the new art museum and close to town centre and restaurants

front door handle and key need attention front curtains don't provide 100% privacy all the time

For the price, you really couldn't ask for much more. The staff where very helpful and friendly, the room was very clean, and the beds were comfy.

Will never return

Avoid at all costs. Anthony is a rude man that likes confrontation. Expect smoke-filled rooms and to have your car blocked by other guests. Complain and you will see just how obnoxious Anthony can be. Plenty of other good motels around the area.

Noise Had to call the Police to get the manager Antony to behave.

Comfortable and affordable stay

Our family of five had a great stay here. We need a bit more space with teenagers so got several rooms, which were extremely affordable and comfortable for us. We enjoyed several swims in the pool and were very happy with our stay.
