Worst night's sleep ever due to non-existing sound isolation

Location

I paid 80 euros, to get hardly 2 hours of sleep because there was a constant flow of different noises coming from the room next to us. Now I want to clearly state, that the room next to us didn't do anything especially loud to complain against them. However, the non-existing sound isolation (or the direct ventilation?) made me hear every word, even the drink pouring in a glass was hearable very well! EVERYTHING was hearable as it would be happening in our room. EVEN the sound of closing a zipper! Knowing this, I would have slept better in my car. I emailed them after our stay, but they didn't even bother to answer.

Great value for money in a great location.

Loved the decor . The location was fantastic … 10 minute downhill walk to get to the bus for the train station in the morning . Close to restaurants & cathedral Room was quiet & spacious with flat screen TV & fridge . Lovely bathtub !!!!

We both found the mattress uncomfortable

Great location, good value for money. Enough food r a short stay. The room is small but not an issue if your plan is to be enjoying the city and being out and about all day.

The walls between rooms are very thin. You can hear what the other guests do as if you were in the room with them.

The locations is awesome, half block from Plaza Mayor, the rooms very clean and good size.

Cheap and cheerful stay in Segovia.

Excellent location. Great value for money. Space a little cramped but only there to sleep so not a problem. Shower was hot and powerful.

Was a little tricky to check in as had to ring 30 mins before arrival. I can speak Spanish so wasn't a problem but no Spanish speakers may struggle. Had to collect the keys from the main hotel and then walk to the annex. However it was in an excellent location and the man on main reception was very helpful and friendly. Would stay again for a quick stopover.

I loved that is was built at the same time as the catedral! I could see hints of the old architecture everywhere!

I didn’t give it a perfect score because it was noisy. There were people chatting in the courtyard until late. I’m not sure the hotel can do much about this but it’s good for others to know.

It was not what I expected.

Location is walking distance to most of the tourist spots.

The room was somewhere else, while the reception area is in another place. It was very old room. We could hear the coughing of the guest from the other room, and got scared that the virus is coming to us. The bed was not comfortable.

It was a perfect location to see the fantastic sites of Segovia. The hostel was very basic but for the cost, no complaints

The location was very good (very close to the main attractions of the area). It was very quiet at night.

Very good

The location was perfect, with ample restaurants nearby and close walking distance to the sites. The people running it were very flexible with checking in and out and graciously allowed us to leave our bags at the desk after checking out during the afternoon of our departure.
