It was an average stay

Nice resort. Reception area and restaurant area very good.

No 9 block was far from the reception area and those rooms had damp problem so rooms smelled and some of the rooms were very cold.

Really Loved Our Stay

Loved our stay over here great staff great management system, you dont have to call everytime to get something delivered at your door step they have an app and it made everything so easy...

Because i booked from booking they gave me an family appartment room which had a locked door as a barrier inbetween both rooms and there were other guest at the next room which made our stay very uneasy i could here them talk, i could here them watching tv, i could here them do everything. I am very very very disappointed that I didnt got the actual room that i booked from this app which was a cottage room.

It was good to stay but it rooms should be maintained properly.

The location was excellent. Breakfast was good. Shuttle service to the villas by Tuktuk was good. The rooms were clean. Room service was also good.

The rooms are very old. It had wooden floors. No carpet was there. So, we felt very cold. The lock of bathroom door was not working at all. They did not fix it even after making complain. The have made a complains tool through QR code. But I am in doubt about it's effectivity. The room heater was not properly functioning.

Pleasant

The grounds are very nice and we enjoyed the playground and swimming pool. The outdoor dining area is excellent. The food was very good. The staff were incredibly helpful.

When we arrived, they assigned us to a room that was under construction. It was 5am (our flight arrived at 3am and we were exhausted) and the rooms are far away from the main office so it was a bit hectic to get reassigned. There was also vomit on the stairs of the building. The light switches in the room were difficult to figure out - they controlled different lights depending on which combination of switches were flipped. The beds were uncomfortable for us (overly firm, and we prefer firm).

Probably this was the most horrible stay at Park Village.

Location was okay but the cleanliness of the room was horrible. The price was too high for the service provided by the hotel.

Breakfast would have been included at that price.

Great for events not for stay

The atmosphere and ambience was really nice.

Even though i had booked a few days before , i had to wait almost 30 mins to get the room. I think booking online doesn't get you enough preference and hospitality. The room was not up to our expectations. The shower head was required to replace within our stay. Anyway room service was fast and bell boy was always available to pick up and drop
