Room was clean bed was very comfortable and our purchased dinner at the hotel restaurant was great

Complementary breakfast was not offered at this location and the restaurant wasn’t open at the time of our departure

Pleasant

Central and within easy walking distance of a few good restaurants. Facilities as expect from a Best Western plus. Despite being very central and on edge of major road is quiet and liked the fact that the wedding guests seemed to be placed on a floor of there own above other individual guests which was appreciated.

No ability to make a cup of tea in room but restaurant staff were happy, if a little bemused, for me to arrive in the morning for hot water and milk (supplied our own tea bags being British)

This was the best hotel we stayed in on our 3 week trip with many hotels.

Great breakfast, although not made to order the vegetable omelet and everything else was delicious! They even had to go boxes readily available.

Second time I stay at BW, Los Mochis. I like that it’s clean and has secured parking. The location is close to shops.

Cleanliness and restaurant at location serves good food.

Perfect spot at the main plaza

Pretty much the best possible locarion in Los Mochis. Very comfy bed.

Staff only speak Spanish. The TV isn't a smart TV. The AC is very loud.

The location is near all important points in Los Mochis and it's well attended with a well trained staff.

The maintenance of some room installations could be improved.

Not returning no customer service

location was good

there was construction going on in the property and there was banging on our walls at 7am when I called the front desk there was no explanation and was informed that they would call me back with a response. I went down stairs to reception to complain about the noise an hour later and was informed that they were remodeling the upper floor and that there was nothing they could do for me. I checked out
