Not a.luxury hotel but fine, especially for the price. The room was pretty small and the bed wasn't queen size but more like double.. However,.it was clean, quiet and secure. The bed was comfortable other than being smaller than expected,.and there was plenty of hot water and great water pressure. It was a squeeze getting a couple big suitcases in the room but i appreciate their commitment to environmental consciousness, like the water bottle refill station in the lobby. And the staff were super! I'd stay again but book a bigger room.

The night staff for check were great, very friendly and helpful
A bit noisy; no hand or face towels in the room, only bath towels.

Had car trouble, couldn't make my non-refundable reservation. Was not charged. Thank you IBIS.

the quality of the facility , dirt and dust in walls and couch, unserviceable phone, not closing or sealing windows, etc etc

Location is good, WIFI being power outage resistant was great.
The room was not very well maintained or cleaned. There was dust (not of one or two days) o the shelves and the floor was not well swept/ mopped. However the most striking lack of cleanliness was the bathroom. The air vents between the rooms are filthy and the bathroom had a light smell of urine (even when not yet used).

Staff attitude, location, installations.
It will be nicer if the cleaning staff clean the floors better.

nothing to complain about everything perfect

very clean. the beds were comfy, there was storage for our stuff, and there was plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet was also worth the extra money. The parking felt safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It was a bit cold in January and there was no heat.

I didn't like that they stated I had two reservations. Initially, they gave me two keys to two rooms. I told front desk that I had only one reservation that I had already paid for. She stated there was another one made and she could not cancel it and I needed to wait until the next morning to speak to management. I didn't speak to anyone since I was just going to dispute the charge if they were to charge me for a second room.

Like any other Ibis. Neat, clean, central.
Our rooms were not available at check-in time and we had to wait 30 min. That’s definitely a no-go.

The hotel was clean and had a nice layout.
There wasn't anything I did not like about this hotel.

Design, clean lobby, found a nice parking spot (maybe because there wasn't too much people)
Dirty Bathroom and restroom. Tiny room, A/C was uncontrollable in the room.

Breakfast was okay, propty was very clean and well maintained

An extremely rude person at check in. Threw his eyes to heaven and said whatever while I needed to check my reservation online. We then asked to recommend somewhere close for food and he said he wouldn't eat anywhere In the area

Comfortable bed. Hot water. Free lighted parking.
Ibis didn’t supply shampoo, conditioner, hand or face towels. Sparse room with no microwave, coffee machine or refrigerator. Shower drain was partially cLogged and the phone didn’t work.

The rooms were tiny the beds were super uncomfortable the pillows were like rags bunches up in a sack of nylon that looked like basketballs. This place was clean and if you want to stay a night here alone it’s fine. But I came for a week with my family and checked out after the first night. Still waiting for my Refund.
Bed. Pilllows were horrible. Literally basketball shaped filled with rags or lumpy objects.

Very clean, staff was very nice, specially the guy outside..
Rooms are extremely smalls, make me feel like I was in a shoe box..

Traveling with my small dog and two cats. No questions asked and no extra charges for the pets! Lots of eating options nearby. Morning breakfast buffet had lots of good options. Quiet, clean room. I appreciate that they are trying hard to be sustainable and not use a lot of disposable things, but know in advance there are no kleenex boxes, little bottles of shampoo or soap, and no refrigerator or coffee maker. They were very conscientious about Covid protocol.
I would have liked to have a fridge to keep my things cold.
