It was a quick stay, with great location and comfort.

Loved the beautiful setting, the comfortable bed, and the ambiance. It was also close to the area we needed to visit for work, making it ideal.

There wasn't much not to like.

Not enough parking. I had to park several people in. They woke me up at 5 am to move my car to allow other guests to get out. At some stage the gate wasn’t working either and I was told I would have to manually open it at 22:00 when I arrive back.

Pleasant but below expectation.

The staff were super helpful and pleasant. Also the breakfasts were excellent. Having the privacy of a room on the side of the guesthouse was nice and having the use of a small boardroom was very convenient.

The room/suite was not well appointed. It would have been nice to have a dressingtable. Being in a room with cupboards used for the guesthouse storage was not suitable. Two easy chairs would have made it more comfortable as we were two guests.

STAIRS AND STAIRS and very tiny showers

Receptionist very friendly. Very accommodating.

First, I have to mention the tiny little, YES very little and small SHOWER. It must be focused on the northern and east side of the world, smaller people. ALL THE STAIRS!!!! I HAVE AS AND SEVERE FIBROMYALGIA AND ARE NOT TOO COMFORTABLE WITH A LADY CARRING MY 20KG SUIT CASE UP AND UP AND UP THOSE STAIRS. The parking was only 3 designated parking spaces. Your parking area needs attention, and a MAN should be appointed to see to the luggage.

The stay was good over and the backup generators were a life saver. I would stay there again.

The breakfast was Devine and well cooked.

The room size and shower heads are very disappointing. They really can dose work to keep shoes heads well maintained. The price of the room vs the actual size are not in sync. The rooms are not double rooms by any standard.

Hotel provided excellent ironing services.

Did not get Room 5, which we pre booked with a balcony due to linen issue, substituted with room on lower floor and no balcony. Breakfast inconsistent as twice soft eggs were over cooked.

Very poor

I was refunded.

I checked in and staff "forgot' to mention the entire area had no water. An announcement thar was made in the press a week ago. After asking the manager juat lifted hia shoulders, offered no solution and walked away. I immediately checked out again. Manager chatted on phone and did not assist mr with luggage or anything. Nice room. Poor planning. No solutions to problems. Lying about water leak. Will never return.

They assisted at short notice when the other venue we booked was appalling. Even though we didn’t get the room we requested due to unforeseen circumstances, we had a comfortable stay.
