Excellent Swimming Pool .
Lady on reception .
WiFi is off and on the whole time very frustrating - Not fit for purpose .
Toilet horrible smells , worse than the toilet @ Everest Base Camp in Nepal .
Daily towels unfit for purpose .
Outside hotel - lots of hassle from scummy men on motorcycles asking you non stop if you want a taxi whenever you leave hotel .

Location, within walking distance to bars, restaurants and Kuta beach. Close to the airport.
Room was in poor condition. Towels not clean, bed sheets ripped and punctures. Room too hot, aircon couldn't cope with the size of the room. Bathroom was smelly due to mold. I went to the reception and the answer was "I can clean the room again". Useless. No kettle and fridge in the room. When inquire it was 'to save electricity'. Really? Avoid this place.

The staff was friendly and the location very convenient. Nice swimming pool also
The aircon wasn't strong enough in my room. The toilet was quite old and the cleaning service didn't refresh the room every day. The breakfast was quite basic.

I decided to stay in Kuta because of its proximity to the airport as I had a flight early morning. Kuta turned out to be disappointing but it was not the case of the Hotel Sorga Cottages. I liked the property very much. It is located in a very quiet street and it is possible to rest very well there. Though the hotel seems a bit isolated, in fact the beach and restaurants are in a walking distance. The room was spacious and well equipped and it had a nice private balcony which I liked very much. The receptionists can arrange airport transfer.
Everything was OK.

Pretty good location for a night in between flights. Big room, great window, natural light. Great garden. Close to good restaurants reasonably priced.
They charged water more than.double than the places at 10 meters away. Feels like a culture of ripping off tourists. When guests find out the price they don't buy them. Can't understand this. Reception was at times (check in times, 2 pm) empty.

Everything was so dirty and the room was so hot (no AC)! There were brown marks on the sheets (thank god I brought my own towel, so I could sleep on this - the towels of the hotel also smelled terrible), the floor was dirty, there were bugs ants and spiders (+webs) in the bathroom and the toilet was a total mess - never saw anything like this in a Bali hotel before...
I even switched the rooms - but this didn't change anything

The staff is amazing, warm and welcoming
The pool is very nice
Wi-Fi was hit or miss and when it hit it was very slow
TV was useless as it had only 5 channels and none in English

Location is good, near to Kuta beach and night life. The place looks like a heritage property. There is balcony with all the rooms which is useful.
The telephone in the room was not working and the room was on third floor. So every time anything needed I had to go down to the reception. The water was not coming on the first day and last of my stay due to some issues, but later solved. The bathroom door was not able lock, then they finally fixed. I expected these things to be sorted before the room is given on rent. Further, no drinking water is provided by the hotel. There should be at least a common place to have drinking water.

Perfect position.
Employees always in place and available.
Very good swimming pool area.
Room and bathroom were clean.
Breakfast poor but good.
They organize every kind of road and sea transport.
Perfect ratio quality/price.
Wifi didn't work very well.
Motorbike not enough for the number of client: rented outside.

We stayed for one night before heading to an airport. It was ok for one night but would not have stayed longer.
We had to ask for help with the water because it was not running properly in the bathroom. There were barely any power sockets in the room so it was difficult to charge our devices.

The pool was big and clean and had no people. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet.
The WiFi was very poor and we had to change room to have signal but still it was not working well. No hot water. Breakfast was very poor, only good if you are on a diet. The room was not clean, there was blood on the wall, the towels were smelling very bad. The services were poor and not well organized. We run out of toilet paper and they said we had to wait until next day.

We booked only for one night due to a connecting flight early next day. We loved the room with the nice balcony, the very good location, a very short walk to the beach and many restaurants around. It was quiet at night, the pool was great and the staff very aware. All in all a perfect stay for us.
nothing to complain about
