Fantastic hotel and great location, right near the golden triangle - good facilities including the wonderful SPA, helpful and friendly staff.
We look forward to returning.

We stayed in a suite and it was fantastic. We also took advantage of the spa, which was a lovely way to end the day! Walkable to all the highlights in Bordeaux city center.

Bed was comfortable the bathroom would be a little better if more light over mirror - shower was great lots of hot water.
Light over mirror that is all -

Drinking water refill daily could do a fair sense comparing to room price.

We adored this hotel, from the minute we arrived everyone was so professional and friendly...
I couldn't recommend this hotel enough, we will definitely be back again. It is a gem.

Location was excellent. Few minutes walk from all the main attractions but still not too busy getting in and out of hotel. Breakfast offered good options.

We were not informed about the restaurant being closed on Saturday. I have stayed there before and the restaurant was excellent. Perhaps it should be mentioned on the Website.

Centrally located to near by site seeing.
Parking was inly public accros the street.

location
let down by some small issues that could easily be fixed ( e.g. low quality toilet paper in rooms. instant coffee in rooms should be nespresso type pods)

The staff were the highlight of this trip, special thanks to Brian. Nothing was too much trouble, they made great recommendations for restaurants and incredibly helpful about how to get around the city. I would highly recommend this hotel.
5.0
Great location. We had upgraded to a 4th fl room which had a corner balcony. Good facilities and extensive breakfast. Very quiet when windows are closed. A little lively when they're left open. Spent 4 nights.
Tough traffic to get to the hotel in peak hours. Rooms are small/tight for 2 suitcases. Sadly this is typical for old town centers in Europe.

Great location. Clean, modern, bright room with high ceilings albeit a bit tight on space for 2 people in the the room itself (bathroom was a good size). Very comfortable beds, nice decor with character and great shower (no bath). Helpful and friendly staff.
