היחס של הצוות מעולה. כולם נחמדים, מסבירי פנים, עוזרים מאוד. החדרים נעימים, המטבח מצויין. הברכה מקסימה, מיקום מעולה,קרוב לחוף וקרוב לסופר. ארוחת בוקר טעימה. אווירה טובה ופתוחה.

Lovely place, next to the beach and cool vibe

(Private room review) Has free parking for private rooms, it is a bit tight so bare in mind if you have a big car. Rooms are spacious, nice size. Has A/c. You can pay by credit card with no additional fees. Breakfast is simple but really good and helps you get through the morning: 1 pancake + fruit. Also they have a well organized kitchen where you can store your food and cook. They have ping pong and pool tables. The pool is a nice thing to have. Staff is awesome!!! Super helpful and kind: they help you with tours, rentals, questions, etc.

Parking kind of small, not suitable for small, low cars but no big deal. You need to carry cash with you for the key deposit. Nothing else to say here :)

Helt ok, men ville ikke hatt altfor høye forventninger til stedet.

Kort vei til stranden og butikken, god frokost.

Air conditioning var kun på om natten, var heller ingen ac i resepsjonen som gjorde det umulig å slappe av fra varmen i løpet av dagen. Var heller ingen chille område på hostellet som for eksempel hengekøyer, dette var kun tilgjengelig om du hadde privat rom. Så ingen sted å slappe av på utenom i sengen. Følte også med flere tilfeller at jeg plaget personalet når jeg oppsøkte dem, både personalet i resepsjonen, men også personalet som serverte frokost. Som solo reisende var dette ikke en spesielt positiv opplevelse.

la ubicacion muy buena esta cerca de todo, el trato y la atencion exelente las abitaciones son comodas el aire funciona perfecto, se cumplen las horas de silencio perfecto, si se puede descansar, es todo muy limpio y hay buen ambiente. el lugar es seguro tiene parqueo gratis y seguridad con portin privado despues de la hora de silencio.

la calle de acceso es incomoda para automivil o veiculo pequeño que no sea 4x4 ya que la calle principal del pueblo esta en muy mal estado , pero no es culpa del hotel

the staff acknowledge there was a strange man in my dorm and they gave me a single room upgrade for the same cost as the dorm.

the hostel is great it focuses on fun they cant choose the people that book . the staff knew there was a strange man and he worries me. there is a rapist according too international media and l would investigate him.

overall it was okay

the rooms are spacious and had a nicely organised kitchen.

the limited AC hours. I booked the room because it said it had AC but they shut it off from 8:30am - 8:30 pm. Pool was a little dirty and no chairs to sit on around the pool

Decent and convenient

It was very close to the supermarket and a short walk to the beach. there is a nice communal space with pool table, ping pong, reading area and the breakfast is delicious! They even offer Gluten Free Pancakes (though not safe for Celiac as there is cross contamination) The shades over the pool were nice and between the AC and fans the rooms stayed a nice temperature most of the day

The smell of garbage going up the stairs and while sitting at the tables was definitely not pleasant and while the pool was decent the first day I was there by the third day it was completely green and slimy.

you go here for the pool & the atmosfere, not for hygene

pool is nice and super large socialble hostel with lots of activities free breakfast, although also there i had a little ant in my plate

it was not very clean. sheets had marks, and there were loads of huge red (!) ants in our bathroom and dorm. some even come up to my bed

Clean, really friendly staff

I booked for two people but we were put in separate rooms as the system had marked us down for an all female dorm. Had to show I definitely did not pick a female dorm and they did eventually offer us one night in the same room but we didn’t want to have to switch rooms halfway through our stay. We share toiletries, adapters etc so it was really inconvenient but the woman who checked us in didn’t really care. However the staff in general were lovely. Kitchen is badly arranged with all 8 hobs in one corner, hard for more than 1 person to cook. We also felt this was really bad value for money, 2 nights in dorms for 2 people was over $100

Super nice people and nice rooms. very good vibes, it has been a super nice stay.

the kitchen was always dirty. don’t take surf lessons, are pricy and useless. 70$ for 90 mins, 1 instructor every 3 people, that gives you maximum a couple of advises…

Pura vida en La Posada

The hostel is really nice! Good common spaces, and a really naive pool. Is really near to the beach entrance. The best thing is the people that work there, they are super nice and helpful.

kept extending my stay because the hostel worked for what I needed it to do

the pool and location were cool.

the kitchen was gross and the bedsheet kept un hooking from the mattress when I would move ever so slightly, super annoying.

100% recommend this hostel!!

Everything is always clean! The staff is great! They always have activities to recommend. The rooms has AC and lockers! Full kitchen, games and a swimming pool, what else? I had a great time! Reserved only for one night and keep extending and extending like everyone here!! Haha

Very good service, the personal was very nice and very helpful! Nice breakfast and in the common areas it was easy to get to know other people. Very nice stay for a solo traveler.

Superb

I was working online and the wifi was enough! I met many nice people and the vibe was friendly and chilled. I was looking forward to eating the pancake with fruit every morning. Personal is cleaning every day and all girls from reception are very friendly and helpful. It's not a party place but not boring either. I spent 9 nights and was very satisfied. Thank you for the good stay.

· Everything was alright for me :). I just prefer to move closer to Santa Teresa (by walking it is 30 min. or you can go by bus or hitchhike)

Great place for meeting people, but not so great for getting to bed early.

I liked that they offered day trips from there and had different things to do available.

I know it was my fault for staying at a hostel with kids, but it was really difficult to go to bed early when you could hear others staying up talking, music playing, and light coming through the window. In fact it might've been bright all night. Also, the pool was a bit dirty and run down :(.

Pleasant

The location is great, the pool was wonderful, staff was kind and breakfast/kitchen area were good. The common area with the pool table and darts was great.

The bed was back breaking, the AC was blowing right on the top bunk making it uncomfortable for my child to sleep there at night and we could not use the TV because the remote had disappeared thanks to previous guest. What I am going to write next is not meant to be a negative because this truly is a great hostel. However, it is not really meant for families with young kids. It is more for the single travelers. Everyone was great to my family but the room that accommodates a family of four is right next to the common area. Each night the music is playing and people are hanging out...as they should. Fortunately, my kids can sleep through loud noises and it does quiet down at 11 pm. The smoking area was right next to our room also. It is hard to write this because it is a great space with kind staff, I just would like to let other families know.

Great hostel experience, a great opportunity to talk to people from all over the world.

Fruit and pancakes for breakfast is a very nice touch and a great start to the day in the tropics! The staff is very friendly and the service comes with a smile.

The bathrooms are clean but could be nicer. The common areas are great but could be made more comfortable for lounging. The space is there, it is a matter of using a bit of imagination :-)

great for a few nights for a family (if you didn’t plan to cook but just to enjoy the room and swimming pool)

great location, amazing room with all that you need and nicely decorated (which is really not always the case in Costa Rica) and great pool . we came with our toddler and all was fine

the strong smell of beer all around the living room and the kitchen + all the common area tools to cook were really old.
