Close to the Cruise pier and "Zona Libre". Colon is not the prettiest place but the hotel was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Like I said Colon is not the prettiest place in Panama. Some of the surrounding areas were dirty. Too close to the slums.

Clean, friendly staff, great location for the cruise ship. Highly recommended.

This hotel has the best staff. There are very helpful and kind, I forgot to printed out my ship pass and the lovely Ms Shenell Bates at the reception printed out for me no questions asked, all with the most beautiful and welcoming smile. Thank you Shenell. She was also very knowledgeable of her surroundings which saved me a taxi fare, as I was able to walk and see a bit of Colon.

This hotel was very clean with friendly staff. There was a variety of food, but limited option for vegetarian or vegan options It’s the ideal spot for guest who are intending to join the cruise in Colon, Literally five minutes walk and the good thing is, you have a free bag transfer from the hotel to your ship. The location seems to have a few development happening. I believe in couple of weeks more , the will be new shop opening near the cruise dock. Everybody is friendly and helpful as I was travelling alone and I felt safe.

Bastante bien. Personal de restaurante y bar muy bien. Siempre en restaurante nos atendio Sandra y la atencion de Diana en el bar muy bien. Mi felicitacion para el peesonal como siempre. Muy atentos. Igual el personal de limpieza.

Superb

The locality was excelente for me. Staff were very Professional and courteous. Hotel very clean and assisted me with all my needs. Also felt very safe coming in late at night.

Nice stay before the cruise.

The hotel was located just in front of the port where cruise ships dock. Ideal for staying over night if leaving on the cruise. Colon is an ugly city, but the neighborhood of the hotel was nice and safe. A lot of shops around and there is a massive construction going on where they are building new shops at the port.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Overall I am not happy. The value of what I paid and the condition of the property was not worth th

Breakfast was fine however the website says breakfast included however when I got there I was told there is a fee plus I booked months in advance, the price I got in line was 82 dollars when I hit there I was told the price is 122 Very disappointing. We were taking a cruise , I stayed overnight, I ask for ocean views. This didn’t happen. I mentioned it was my daughter birthday vacation. No acknowledgment of that, I told them three adults in one room they did not have that information correct. It was a horrible experience.

we stay for the location to the pier for our cruise so it was tolerable

the people were nice. there was an intern who was especially helpful. the little strip ball out the back door. it was close to the port for our cruise. you can walk there.

the underground bar was dark and dingy. a piece of loose sheet metal creaked all night. we couldn't see out the windows because they were tinted because the view was so industrial.
