Très bien et excellent petit déjeuner

Les villas sont très agréables avec salle de bains extérieure, une petite cuisine et ventilateur et clim. La piscine était très agréable. Le meilleur petit déjeuner de toutes nos vacances au Sri Lanka

Zeer goed verblijf in Negombo

Het zwembad was echt fijn na een volledige dag reizen. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en verzorgd, ook voldoende en met variatie .

De matrassen mindere kwaliteit en onderlakens kwamen los. Ongedierte in keukendeel. De planken vloer rond het zwembad is niet zo veilig.

Truly wonderful.

Everything was wonderful. The food was great. The host was super hospitable. The pool was nice and warm. Th free basketball court and the organic garden kept us entertained. They also upgraded us for free!

Nothing. It was a great start to our Sri Lanka trip. Might be a little hard to find but it’s no big deal.

A peaceful stay in pristine grounds and room with very friendly hosts.

This was the perfect place to stay after arriving in Sri Lanka and before departing to the tea country. The property is beautifully maintained and we could tell a lot of love goes into it. The gardens are so peaceful and beautiful, and the family room perfect for our family of five with three young boys. The hosts went out of their way to serve us a delicious, plentiful breakfast the next morning. The provided food was perfect for our children as well as delicious, home made Sri Lankan food with organic ingredients from their own garden. We just wish we had longer to enjoy it. The swimming pool and grounds were so peaceful and great for exploring. If we return to Sri Lanka we would choose to stay here again.

Relaxing and tropical

Really beautiful place with a great pool and lush grounds surrounding with their own organic vegetable patch. The room was very spacious with a great outdoor shower!

Very good

Together with our 3 kids we spent our first 2 nights here after arriving in Sri Lanka. It was such a great and relaxed getaway. The hospitality of the owners was outstanding - very friendly, super helpful and great with our kids. Dinner there was the best we had in Negombo!

Perfect Relaxation Before (or After) a Flight

The best hosts in Sri Lanka. The resort, the pool, the service, the food — all perfect. They were more than accommodating to all of our wishes and even gave us a free ride to the airport because they went to pick up their son. The owners are wonderful people and if we ever come back to Sri Lanka, we'll definitely visit again. Thank you for everything :)

Perfect stay

We loved the place! Well maintained area with lots of areas to discover. The area of the hotel has lots of entertainments - basketball, treehouse, hammock, organic garden etc. Amazing rooms and the pool. Pool had a small part for children as well. The boys working there were super attentive and helpful. Some of them could speak a little bit better english but everything got done. Loved that we didn´t have to use the a/c, there were mosquito nets on the windows and we could keep the windows open. Perfect stay, would definitely stay there again.

It is everywhere in Sri Lanka. When we order breakfast for 8 a.m. then we would like to start eating at that time. But they start to bring the food bit by bit.

Villa is located in beautiful garden with Tree house for Kids and swimming pool. Everything is very close to nature. And The owner very kind and helpful. Next time this will be our first accomodation 🙂.

Amazing property, amazing hosts

The perfect way to end our trip. Shiraj was an amazing host and the entire staff very polite and gracious. The villa itself is fantastic too. And the dinner was outstanding.

Amazing place in Negombo !

The staff was amazing. We felt so privileged and so well welcomed. I have rarely had this feeling when arriving somewhere. Thank you so much ! We won't forget it !!! Food is very good too !! Only 25min from Colombo airport and they arrange the transfer.

This place is amazing to spend you last few nights in Sri Lanka. The staff are amazing and attentive. The pool is lovely and a good size the rooms are beautiful. Everything about this place was wonderful. It's definitely worth the extra distance from town.

Exceptional

The owners of Villa Shade are hands down some of the most beautiful people we have ever met. One of my children was sick from a previous hotel and the owner took my husband in his car directly to the chemist. They prepared the most amazing home made banquet meal next to their indoor pond.
