super séjour calme, familial et dépaysant

Le cadre était magnifique. Super dépaysant, familial et calme. Il était possible de demander le repas (en supplément) et c'était juste un délice. Le personnel était attentif à nos demandes.

La wifi passait pas à tous les endroits mais ce n'était pas un véritable problème

Très reposant, accueillant, une touche d’hospitalité et familiale qu’on aime bien !!!

Mon dieu, nous venons de terminer notre voyage et nous nous devions de prendre le temps d’écrire un avis, tant il y a à dire ! Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer Nordine, notre hôte, qui s'est rapidement transformé en une sorte de papa marocain pour nous pendant tout notre séjour. Son hôtel est une vrai pépite, parfaitement adapté aux familles comme aux groupes d'amis, qui désirent se reposer après une journée dans l’agitation et l’animation du centre de marrakech et même pour des événements spéciaux comme un enterrement de vie de jeune fille ou un anniversaire. Doté de toutes les commodités nécessaires, cet établissement offre un cadre paisible agrémenté de deux piscines, un véritable plus. Peu importe ce que vous envisagez, Nordine a tout le matériel nécessaire pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable et le plus authentique possible. Et parlons de sa cuisine ! Son tajine de kefta ou d'agneau est tout simplement divin que nous avons apprécié déguster. Cependant, au-delà de la nourriture délicieuse et des installations, ce qui a rendu notre séjour si mémorable, c'est l'hospitalité exceptionnelle de Nordine et son équipe qui ont vraiment fait la différence. Il était toujours aux petits soins pour nous, anticipant nos besoins et se renseignant même s'il ne savait pas quelque chose, juste pour rendre notre séjour aussi fluide et agréable que possible. Il nous a accueillis comme sa propre famille, veillant à chaque détail pour rendre notre séjour des plus agréables. Que ce soit pour organiser des transferts depuis l'aéroport, des transferts pour rejoindre la ville, des activités pour notre planning, ou simplement pour nous conseiller, Nordine était toujours là pour nous peu importe l’heure où le besoin et cela pour tous ces hôtes. J’y ai même finis par shooter quelques photos pour la marque mon client (étant freelancer, la wifi était un plus).

Cela relève du détail, je dirais le rafraîchissement de certains objets, mais franchement c’est du détail.

A very pretty nice stay with a helpful staff.

The location was gorgeous with breakfast included! there was east access to private drivers for similar rates to taxis or even cheaper. They brought us a large water bottle free of charge as well upon request.

The location was a bit far from the Medina and there is not really food or corner markets in walking distance.

Great option as a relaxing break from the city

Kasbah Alili is a great option to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city for a few days. If there is no construction in the area, it is quiet and a little oasis with its beautiful vegetation and pool. My personal highlight was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Redouane, the receptionist. Thank you so much! Breakfast and dinner are served in the garden, are typical of the country and absolutely recommended.

Our stay at the hotel was very relaxing and we are absolutely satisfied. The staff is above average helpful and nice, we are very grateful for that. If you need some peace and quiet from Marrekech and still want to experience something authentic, this is the place for you. I absolutely recommend it.

Kids loved the pool.

Parking is free and right outside the hotel entrance. the pool is nice, rooms are spacious and breakfast was nice. Staff are nice and courteous, he waited till 1am for us to arrive.

Wonderful peaceful place, just perfect to relax from the busy city. Redwane gave us a very warm welcome. All the stuff took really good care of us. Perfect getaway for the weekend!

The place was empty, but we did like the location as we had some plans in the area nearby

I really would prefer a cup of coffee for breakfast. They had just tea (no one suggested a cup of coffee). It’s cold for swimming in the pool in January…

There was no bar or even somewhere to buy water, despite the booking.com listing saying there was. No UK tv.

Relaxing place

Staff was very friendly. Good breakfast (it should maybe have a little more variation because We’ve stayed for 8 days). Beautiful garden and pool area. Big room. We got an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite, since we were travelling with a kid. Would definitely stay again!

We had a very pleasant stay. Maybe a little more variation in breakfast , more fruit, maybe some yoghurt?
