Le personnel est très chaleureux, j’ai apprécié la rapidité de réaction du staff à chacune de mes demandes.
Le calme de l’hôtel est reposant.
La chambre était très propre et fonctionnelle
Franchement rien

Beautiful boutique hotel. Just the right size. Family friendly, but completely serene at all times. Lovely spa. Well-equipped gym. Delightful staff. Great and varied menu. Easy to take the shuttle into town to see the sights, but nice to retreat to a quiet desert haven. Gorgeous.

Great property with fantastic facilities.
The food was great we ate a large variety and all of it was excellent.
We also used the sauna and had massages and a hammam, wow! Incredible and reasonably priced.
The staff were all very professional and helpful at all times.
Regular shuttle into Marrakech meant we could choose when we wanted to enjoy the buzz of the city or stay at the hotel in a peaceful setting.
Nothing.

It’s a peaceful place. Good pool. Food better than expected. Generally good service
Location - we didn’t mind the distance to the city as there is a shuttle but didn’t like his remote it was, down a long dirt track littered with rubbish etc and off a highway. We would have been fine if it was a nicer area. Price in the restaurant was expensive and deserted. Price on par with 5* hotels offering more value in terms of facilities/luxury and quality. Beds very hard (additional topper wouldn’t make a difference). Only other - slightly sarcastic responses from management if you give honest back. Views are valid so take it as a method to improve.

Fabulous pool, food excellent and the staff incredibly attentive
The only issue we had was an issue with the bathroom but it was rectified quickly

This is a very charming hotel. Beautiful rooms and facilities. A very warm Moroccan welcome from all the staff who are friendly and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend.
We loved it all. Thank you

staff very friendly, great food. On site spa facilities were fantastic
nothing - all good!

The staff were amazing and always super helpful, we got a great introduction to premises upon arrival which was very useful for the rest of our stay. Pools were clean and the staff was always ready to help if needed. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast buffet was a great bonus.
We have opted for hammam and spa treatment package and while hammam was amazing, our massage only took about 40mins instead of an hour advertised which was a little dissapointing.

The staff are fantastic. All of them were so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us.
The heated pool was a big hit with our daughter.
The quality of food at Lunch and Dinner was very good.
It’s incredibly peaceful and relaxing
Prices are expensive. A bottle of local beer is nearly £9!
The menu needs clarity. You can order a tagline at lunch that comes with rice/fries, but despite it being the same price at dinner, rice/fries are not stated as an option on the menu.
Breakfast was disappointing.
We ordered a private Taxi through the hotel to take us all back to the airport. Despite requesting one, no child seat was provided.
There are some health and safety concerns if you have young children. An electrical socket in our room was hanging out of the wall, and walking around the hotel there were often manhole covers left open.

Very very friendly staff. We felt welcomed with our 3 kids. It’s a lovely serene resort.
Maybe some more facilities for adults with kids
8.0 / 10.0
It was all very good and the food was excellent- staff are very attentive and polite and the hotel is low built and charming and set in attractively landscaped grounds. The hotel is very clean and the pool area very well maintained.
The decor of the hotel is a little dated and some areas need a little more upkeep but other than that an excellent hotel.
The shuttle into the Medina is also very good but much needed as it is about a 20 minute trip into the city.

Breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive, the room clean and spacious. We will always remember the good quality of the food and service, nice place to relax.
It is quite far from the center and the taxi booked by the hotel is more expensive than regular ones. I expected much more from the spa, does not reflect the luxury status of the place. The reception of the hotel could be more helpful and friendly.

The attention to detail from the staff was impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble and they always rememebered our room number and any special drinks or foods we had to make us feel very welcome.
The heated pool was a lifeline with the kids.
The shuttle into Marrakesh was clean and spacious and a great bonus.
The tours we booked through the hotel were excellent.
The rooms could do with a little refresh. Just some grouting in the bathroom and there were no flannels provided and the towels were quite small.

I have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world. The Sirayane is as god as any and far better than most.

staff are lovely
food is amazing
Nice big rooms
Good shuttle service into town👍🏼
been open 12 years now i think and i’ve stayed there twice & some soft furnishings need an update and don’t find those flat sun beds very comfortable they need replacing (plastic not nice in the heat)with the umbrella’s by the pool. Wish they had someone to take drinks orders by the pool instead of having to go to the bar. They have plenty of staff so would be easy to walk round the pool area to facilitate this.
Would like face cloths in bathroom & bigger towels!
Staff are lovely as always….

The staff were fantastic. The hotel is well-spaced out. Our extensive suite was very spacious comfortable and had everything we needed.
Slightly further than expected from the centre of Marrakech, but the comfort and luxury of the hotel made up for that
8.0 / 10.0
Very helpful staff in a quiet location just outside of the centre. Everything takes a 20 minute drive, but that's much preferred to being in a busy city centre. Breakfast & lunch with enough variation (didn't do dinner there).

All was just great!

I’ve been to many hotels , Nothing really stands out except the Room itself, excluding its balcony as once you sit down you don’t see the Pool, just the ciment wall . Pool service was very good as well.
Very Very calm, very dark we came late after dinner in marrakech we had to light up our cell phones to reach our room. The property is in the middle of nowhere, there’s no way to leave property and take a walk outside . Very dissapointed as for the same price I could have stayed in Hivernage where all restaurants & city vibes . On booking it said 2.8km but that’s not true it took us 20 min everytime by car to get to city

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food and facilities were both Excellent. It was a great oasis outside of the busy centre and the free shuttle was very reliable and only took about 20 mins
Our shower had a bit of an odd smell and didn't drain very well

everyone and everything was effortless and easy. the decor is lovely and the room we had - a private pool room was large, clean, stylish and comfortable
we did intend excursions but we preferred to stay in the peaceful bliss of the hotel.
we had a few complaints but these were dealt with quickly with attentiveness. a mattress change , a new outdoor umbrella.
the breakfast was good, not overwhelming choice like higher hotels, so if you want everything then you’d prefer a bigger resort. we were happy with Moroccan breakfast and basics like juice tea croissant and eggs.
the restaurant was lovely and comfortable- you can recline on comfy sofas and take your time. we ate lunch it was tasty.
the private pool room was exactly what we needed for our 20th wedding anniversary and first time away from our 4 kids and busy lifestyle. pool was clean and cool to get in but warm to swim.
it was completely private so swim on what you want or nothing at all!
the hotel is quite, which we liked. a few Families with kids but we only saw or heard them at breakfast
staff were very friendly and chatty. always smiling and seeing to our needs.
we didn’t go for any excursions as planned and recommended, but we used the free shuttle bus to the town and enjoyed the busy contrast to the peace of the hotel.
overall a excellent experience for 2 night stay.
nothing!
