Prima behoudens het matras van het campingbedje.

Met name de lokatie is prima met gratis toegang tot het MAMBO/sea-aquarium strand. Het huisje is iets gedateerd maar wel onderhouden. Mooie tuin voor Antilliaanse begrippen.

Wij hadden een kind van 11 maanden bij ons. Voor het kind was een prima campingbedje, kinderstoel en kinderbad geregeld. Het enige knullige was dat het matras van het campingbedje bestond uit 3 stukken geknipt schuimrubber wat niet aansloot en de bodem van het campingbedje niet geheel afsloot. 2 keer had de baby zich onder dit schuimrubber gewurmd ondanks onze poging om met een strandhanddoek de schuimrubberstukken tot een geheel te krijgen. Een matras voor het campingbedje is door ons gevraagd. Een antwoord hierop hebben wij nooit gekregen, ook geen oplossing van dit probleem.

Excelente lugar para disfrutar de Curazao con la familia

La ubicación es muy buena, las instalaciones son muy bonitas y acogedoras, las habitaciones son cómodas y es un lugar muy tranquilo para descansar en familia. Se encuentra a una cuadra de Mambo Beach por lo que es una opción ideal para estar cerca de la playa y al mismo tiempo alejado del ruido, especialmente en la noche que es cuando se necesita descansar. Igualmente se encuentra a pocas cuadras del Sea Aquarium. La provisión de toallas es excelente ya que proporcionan suficientes para el uso en la habitación así como para el uso en la playa. Las áreas verdes están bastante bien cuidadas y atraen una gran cantidad de aves que, para quienes aman la naturaleza, es un deleite.

Se podría mejorar en el detalle de la limpieza de las habitaciones ya que algunas partes de la habitación mostraban signos de acumulación de polvo y telarañas como la parte inferior de los veladores y zonas entre la cama y pared y armario y pared. No había insumos para realizar la limpieza de la vajilla que se utiliza. La iluminación en la sala principal era deficiente ya que estaba faltando una luminaria.

Perfect!

Perfecte locatie voor als je niet per se weg wilt met de auto. Wij hadden wel een auto, maar perfect voor gezinnen met kinderen en als je voor werk reist. Genoeg strand en eetvoorzieningen op loopafstand (5 minuten)

Je moest een dag van tevoren aangeven dat je wilde wassen. Later in de week wilden de dames zeker meedenken. Verder hadden we wel echt snel last van mieren, maar niets op het aanrecht laten staan en schoonmaken met reiniger hield het enigszins tegen. Werd verder niet als storend ervaren

Very comfortable resort

The accommodation is very nice. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, utensils. Air conditioning works well in the bedroom. Pool is nice. Grounds are pretty, lots of birds, a few lizards. You can walk to Mambo beach, where there are restaurants, a few shops. There’s a bus for grocery shopping, but we didn’t need to use it. Room has a safe. There’s a security guard at the entrance. Lots of space between units, private driveway. Wifi works well, and is free. They give you vouchers to use the beach, because otherwise you have to pay to swim there.

There are a few little things to address. First, the 2 roll toilet paper limit, buy your own after. Perhaps make it known when you book, so that people shopping before arriving can be prepared. Second, a bit of dish soap, and a bar of hand soap to start would also be appreciated. Most people don’t bring that with them. This is the first place I’ve stayed at with no hand soap provided. Again, address it when booking. These things we found out on reviews. Suggestion about the BBQs. A $25 user fee for your whole visit is okay if you are cooking on them for a week or longer, not 2 days. What would really be nice would be to have a few set up near the pool area for communal use. Again, little issues that in no way affected the enjoyment of our stay, but would be nice to be made aware of ahead of time.
