Atendeu bem nossa família.

Gostei de absolutamente tudo na estadia. Eles cobram uma taxa por ocupante adicional que por sorte eu li antes da reserva, levei impresso que tinha informado a quantidade de ocupantes, então não me cobraram nada a mais. Excelente localização. Cordialidade impecável. Limpeza. Gostei bastante.

Foi tudo ótimo, nada digno de nota.

El confort de las camas y lencería . Excelente atención de la chica de recepción Durante la estadía y en checkout... muy proactiva !!! (Diferente a la chica que nos atendió en el check in )

La chica de recepcionque nos atendió en el check in se molestó cuando se solicitó el cambio de habitación debido a que el AA no funciona, luces habitación sin funcionar , bote de agua en mueble cocina, lámpara de mesa dañada . La propuesta inicial fue que debíamos esperar a que fuesen reparados y después de varias consultas decidieron cambiarnos de habitación

The stay was ok, nice and very friendly help at the frontdesk.

Friendly check in. Very helpfull.

Two days without fresh towels and cleaning the room. Parking lot issues. Not very clear how to use the key-card.

Guesting without internet

We couldn't go online inside the room. To use the internet, we had to walk outside the room or near to the Hall. We asked to the staff several times to fix the problem but nothing was solved.

Pleasant stay

Very good location, close to everything . The front desk people is very nice and helpful.

The first night I was put in a room that wasn’t the one I booked. It was so small and the bed so uncomfortable. Next day they upgrade us to the “suite” and it was way better.

Location was perfect . We were at City Suites on Kingsdag . Big fridge , we got good help and advice for were to park our car . Ladies @the frontdesk were cery helpfull and friendly. Room was clean .Bed was a queensize so i love it .

Sink was a bit small .bathroom did not have so much space

The hotel is a business hotel.

The location was perfect! The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

I could not adjust the air-condition and I could not turn on the television. I sent a message to the provided telephone number but I never got any response. Fortunately I just stayed one night

Perfect location for business and pleasure

The location was excellent everything was right there didn'tneed to take a bus or taxi. The staff especially the girl that works night was an angel and super helpful (she deserve a increase in salary). I would book again. And I WILL recommend to others

Housekeeping!! Think they need to go to school again to become a house keeper. We met unfinished drinks in our room. I had to clean the fridge before using it (I have pictures) the shower had mold in the grooves. Draws in the kitchen had bread crumbs I think the manager of the hotel need to have someone double check their cleaning before check in. P.S. There is a difference in what you do for room service and what you do for a check out. Other than that it was good When I do book again if I get the same or similar conditions I will request a room change immediately

Great option

This hotel is sure a great value for your money. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location in superb, right in the city center with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, shops, sights etc. Sure a great option when visting Curacao. You can park at one of the public parking spaces in the downtown area or at the hotel parking lot.

Our room mentioned a kitchenette but we didn't have a stove. So you can't like cook a light meal or so. But you have a microwave at your disposal for warming up something.

Christmas long weekend getaway

Location and the possibility to park you car in the garage on the same level of your unit. (For 10$/day)

Very noisy hotel guest woke us up so early in the morning at 5.30 am, we call the front desk nobody answere the phone, my husband went downstairs to complain about the very noisy issue coming from the room next to us, he spoke with the porter but nothing happens the noise, very loud noise went on, till 4 hour after we put the noise complaint someone came to speak with the guest at 9.30 a.m This was very annoying so early in the morning on Christmas Day. We could understand that the hotel couldn't avoid this, but at least a word of apology for the inconvenience we had to endure for 4 hours on Christmas Day so early in the morning. Till on the day when we check out my husband reffer about the issue again and then the lady at the front desk apologize for the inconvenience we endure.

Exceptional

The staff were very friendly!! Rooms were extremely clean. They cleaned my room daily. The bed was comfortable. Several restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery store within walking distance.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Staff members are very kind and willing. We could leave our luggage in the hotel after a check out and pick it up later during the day.

Noisy environment. We heard everything what was happening on the corridor of the hotel and in the street even though the window and door were closed. I'd appreciate more proper cleaning.
