No volveremos..!!!

Estuvimos solo una noche y el apartamento es correcto. Lo valoro negativamente porque se nos aviso de unas fiestas del pueblo para niños, pero no de una fiesta con dj hasta las 7h de la mañana en la que ha sido imposible dormir.

View of Spanish tile roofs, ambience of ringing of bells from the ancient church next door and abundant bird life. Warm, gracious proprietor. So relaxing and hard to leave!
Hard to avoid getting the WC all wet from the shower

It had a lot of facilities, showers were great, had AC
The place felt weird.. even though it was clean it didn't felt like it. Location- further than we understood from the main attractions. It was super close to the town bell which rang from time to time during the night

Great location in the town. We were staying to go canyoning - Really nice apartment and lovely AC 😁

Spacious, comfortable and very clean. The staff was very helpful

the location. the ac in the main bedroom and the living room. the bottle of red wine as a present. communication was very easy.
beds are comfy yet small for being double beds. there is no aircon in the second bedroom. the chairs and places to sit were quite uncomfortable. there was no wine opener or enough cutlery for the 4 of us. the place looked a bit run down. I think its expensive for what it is.

The location is great. A quiet little village within a short drive of Alquézar.
Nice bar directly underneath the apartments from which little noise could be heard even when busy.
Easy check via good communication with host.
Could park directly outside to unload luggage and public parking about a minutes walk away.
Although the bed and bath linen were clean that was about it. It's not really conducive to eating in but if you wanted to everything had to be scrubbed before use.

I loved the uniqueness of the apartment. The master bedroom had a great view and I really liked the terrace. The town was really cute and cool to walk around. It's very small. We did not get to eat in the restaurant but there are some within a 10- 20 min drive from there. We were only there for one night to go canyoning. Would have liked to stay a few more.Great price too. Easy check in.
There was no coffee. Europeans love their coffee and so do Americans. Lol. The bathroom in the one bedroom was a little strange with the toilet completely out in room. No door or wall. And the shower had a small wall dividing it from bed. A little uncomfortable for my children.

Lovely apartment, well equipped, well decorated, on the main square of the village. Check-in done without meeting owner but made very easy via whatssap communication. Owner always available via whatssap.
Slightly noisy location on the main square of the village but reasonable. Few dining options in the village, need to drive to close-by towns for restaurants.

We really liked the localition, the nice people, the restaurant, the village.
We needed more towels and we would have liked a cleaner room. Also some amenities for personal care and towels. There was a mop but it was smelly.

room style and cleanness
great air condition coverage
wifi wasn't stable and no cell reception in the room
no many dining options in this small town

Separate entrance, apartments above busy little restaurant with outside tables which was nice. Had to ring up to work out where to go as missed the WhatsApp message about code but someone came and showed up quickly enough. Air-conditioning worked well and was welcome after long day travelling. 2 bathrooms were nice, didn't have to fight to get in the shower! Had large fridge and mini kitchenette but eat out.
Parking was a walk away as none nearby to entrance (its a little village square) although Google maps took us right outside but we were told we couldn't even stop there so had to carry luggage from car park a couple of streets away on main(ish) road

The place was not bad, but it looks much nicer in the photos. If you want to be far away from everything, you might appreciate the location. There is not much at all in this small village, but it is quiet and peaceful. We wished we had stayed in Alquézar, which is a 15 minute drive away. The kitchen, sitting area and balcony is nice, but the bathroom is small with an awkward layout - not much space to put toiletries.
The hosts seemed nice, but the hotel isn't run very professionally. In our opinion it was very overpriced for the quality, location and level of professionalism. It feels like an Airbnb, and not the best one at that. A few less than ideal issues - There was no soap or shampoo, when we arrived, not even hand soap, although when we asked for it they brought it to us right away. The evening we arrived, we asked what time breakfast would be served. 10am, the lady told us. That seemed late, but okay. The next morning we came down for breakfast at 10 and the restaurant was closed. They had decided not to open that day. There was one other restaurant in town, but it had decided to stay closed that day too. Most of the restaurants in Alquézar, a 15 minute drive away, close at 10:30am. Luckily we were able to find one open near a campsite, because by that time we were very hungry! Last issue: One evening the wifi went out. We texted Nabil. He responded by sending the wifi password, which obviously was not helpful. No other communication from him until the next morning when he called whoever needed to be called and got it fixed. They gave us a complimentary bottle of wine though, which was nice.

We had a nice and large apartment on the first floor. It’s definitely one of the best options in this area as from what we’ve seen and we would stay there again. The view from the bedroom window was great, however the balcony (which has more the size of a terrace) was unfortunately totally surrounded by a wooden high fence so we couldn’t enjoy any view from there (which would actually be very nice as it is right in front of fields and mountains).
The apartment has a good location for many walks in the area.
The bathroom is included in the bedroom with only some glass shields and no proper wall (also the toilet). The kitchen area wasn’t very clean and there are some essentials missing (eg cutting board).

I love the apartment and the furniture.
7.5 / 10.0
I guess it was renovated a few years ago as it looks pretty new.
Heating system was good
There is a winery and cheese maker in towns at walking distance
Alquezar is around 7 km away only
It needs further maintenance and cleaning
