The hotel is directly located in the center of town which meant we could walk everywhere, including the ski lift in ski boots (we came at the very end of the season, so it was quiet and not much going on). The staff were very helpful with our questions/recommendations and the room was clean and comfortable.
Arrival instructions could be made a little clearer as its not so obvious that you can drive onto the pedestrian area to go up to the hotel. Otherwise nothing negative to say!

The hotel is located in the center of Cortina with a wonderful view of the nearby peaks. You step through the front door and you are already in the center of the city, where all the most important restaurants and shops are located. There is also a parking space behind the hotel, where you can leave your car for a small fee. The friendly staff will also store your bikes in the hotel garage overnight.

Location is great and a parking place is a plus. Room and other facilities were clean. Restaurant is very nice and coasy.
Room furniture is wooden and nice but rather worn.

Amazing property the purpose of our trip was to go on a hike but we arrived a little late to the hotel so the shuttle to the hike was gone they helped us find a way to make it there . Also we had an early checkout the next morning so we couldn’t go to the breakfast , so they made us a takeaway breakfast .
Amazing hotel would really recommend

This property is situated right in the center of the town of Cortina. It is a very easy walk to tons of restaurants and bars. The absolute best place to eat though is the hotel restaurant itself- it was so good we ate there twice in two days!!
The property has very helpful staff and the room we stayed in was spacious and clean. We had some Mountain View’s from our balcony and even saw a traditional parade walking down the street. This property was about a 35 minute drive to the popular Three peaks hiking area. The hotel was very accommodating and offered us a pre packaged breakfast for the day we had an early morning hike. We were very happy with our stay!
There isn’t parking directly by the hotel. If you want them to park your car it’s 15 euros a day. We parked at public lots instead and paid 1 euro in hour until 9:00 when the parking became free overnight. It worked out fine but is something to be aware of.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It had a real “mountain” feel and was right in the center of town. It was very quaint and easy to access. The staff was great and the included breakfast was wonderful.
Nothing- we were so happy!

In the centre of town, a good location. Breakfast each morning was good and the restaurant on site was also great.

Everything from location in city center, availability of the hotel staff to answer our questions and direct us for activities, size of room and spacious bathroom, the wonderful breakfast with some many choices. Just wow!
Our room had spring mattresses (and I can only judge our junior room of 1 king bed = (2 twins together) and one twin bed, so it wasn't comfortable to sleep on when you feel those springs all over
.... But pillows, bedsheets, room amenities and balcony made up for it.

Good position. Electric jug in the room for a cup of tea was nice.
Old and run down. Needs a refurbishment. No fridge or mini bar in the room and when we asked if there was a fridge we could put some things in the answer was a flat no by the male check in staff. That meant food and medications that need refrigeration had to be thrown out. Get with the 21st century Hotel Aquila and provide some service for your customers. For the price we paid they should have done a lot better.

Excellent location at end of main street
Room was quite small
Had a bright light (illuminating the hotel) shining directly into our room each night which was very unpleasant

This is a lovely hotel. Lorenzo at the desk was really helpful; the room had a balcony with great views; the bed was comfortable; everything was spotless; and the soundproofing was excellent — we never heard our neighbours. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety and a very attentive person who made sure the buffet was topped up and the tables cleared quickly. There was also a fantastic restaurant where we ate twice and both times the food was first rate.

Great location in the heart of Cortina, with parking options.
Lovely balcony views of the town and mountains, the hotel has a homely cost feel which is just what you want on a ski trip.
Friendly / helpful staff.
Rooms a bit old fashioned, hot water limited some times.
Breakfast variety could be better, very few hot options.
Parking spaces not guaranteed until arrival.
