Great apartment for business trips to Port Vila

Staff were very attentive from booking, could chat with them via Whatsapp to arrange time for free airport transfer etc. And when my flights changed, they were very accommodating. Apartment was very clean, had all the things you need, staff serviced apartments each day, washing dishes etc. Great location, great view, great security. Wifi worked relatively well.

Only 5 TV channels. Would be awesome if you provided Digicel, Canal+ or Telsat TV or all of them ;-)

Great Location and facilities.

Location is excellent. Close to Restaurants and shops and a quick boat ride to Irriki Island Resort for snorkeling and kayaking. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Especially Katua, Ruth and Elliot.

Great choice in Port Vila

This is a great choice for those who want to be close to Port Vila. It’s only a short 10-minute walk to town, and in either direction there’s a Bon Marché supermarket. The apartment has a full-on kitchen with pretty much everything should you want to cook, or across the street is a very nice restaurant open for lunch and dinner. The apartment is very comfortable and everything works. The WiFi is very good and you even have Netflix. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony reading and enjoying the view of the harbor across the way. You do get car noise from the road below, but that would be true of anywhere in Port Vila. It stops in the evening, so no problem and it didn’t bother me. The staff here are lovely people; they keep everything in spotless shape. Communication before and during my stay was excellent. I especially appreciated the transfer service to and from the airport. I’d happily stay here again.

Best place in Vila to stay.

Elliot and his team always look after me so well when I am in town. If you need to stay in Port Vila, then this is the location. Close to supermarkets and with onsite parking, the rooms are also fantastic with cooking facilities and comfy beds! The view from my balcony was amazing as usual and watching the sun go down over the water was stunning as always. Its on the main road but the traffic noise is minimal. Elliot always goes above and beyond to ensure my stay is great and he is very happy to help when things go wrong with flights etc which happens regularly in Vanuatu! Thanks again!

Convenient, was what we needed, but nothing special.

We appreciated the kitchen facilities, and the beds were very comfortable. Beach towels were provided. The rooms have a lovely view over the water and it is an easy walk into town.

The pool needed a throrough clean, and some shade. We had planned one afternoon to spend some time there but then didn't actually want to get in. Wifi was only in some areas of the apartment.

Fantastic staff, great apartment and central location!

Property was very centrally located - just a 5 minute walk to restaurants/markets/supermarket. Overlooks the water and is a few minutes walk to the waterfront. The staff are fantastic too. After asking one of the lovely ladies if we could grab one of those small hotel-sized milks in our fridge for coffee, she went down to the supermarket and bought us a litre carton of milk which was so sweet of her. They also kindly accommodated an earlier check-in for us (11:45am!) Elliot (the managing director) is fantastic also. I accidentally left my jacket behind in the hotel prior to my flight back to Australia and he said he’d ship it over free of charge! In terms of our room - we had a washing machine & dryer, full sized fridge, king sized bed, couch, tv, oven and stove top. Fantastic customer service, great apartment and fantastic location too - highly recommend!

Vila 5 star accommodation!

Elliot and his lovely team went above and beyond to help me. The property itself is located in the central part of Vila and right opposite the water, its very pretty! The room itself is top notch and super comfortable. It was great to have washing and cooking facilities and the balcony was a great size. Close to the markets and supermarkets as well as restaurants etc, you couldn't ask for more!

A Perfect Stay in Paradise

Everything about the Mariner Apartments was great. The apartments are spacious, well designed and have everything you need for a very comfortable stay, including very reliable wi-fi. The pool is perfect for a dip. The view across to Iririki Island is fantastic and such a joy to wake up to every morning. The staff were incredibly helpful. I will definitely return.

It was a perfect 6 night stay - should have been 7 nights but a cyclone got in the way of the first night!

Elliott and staff went out of there way to pick our family up from the airport late at night after an 8 hour delay and cancelled, provided some food and helped us follow up the airline the next day to get home. Can't thank them enough

Adequate accomodation, lacking any charm

We stayed one night after arrival in Vanuatu. Ok accomodation, but a bit run down and aircon didn’t work in bedroom. Pool is very small and not all that clean.

Good time in Port Vila

The staff and location of this place was very good. I spent there a good working week ( I traveled for the UN mission) in uneasy post- Covid times. The place is safe and relatively quiet even though it is located near the main road. It has full kitchen and laundry/ dryer plus a very big patio. The owner dropped me off to the airport free of charge which was very nice and unexpected. Thank you!

The bed was comfortable, air con worked well and the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Enjoyed meeting Lucy.

Stayed on the ground floor apartments. The cleanliness in the bathroom was poor. The wifi service was weak and unreliable. The swimming pool needs a transformation - tiles were missing plus there were loose tiles found on the floor of the pool.

Close to town. Suited our needs. Open space with plenty of room to move around in. Perfectly good for a few nights in Port Vila.

We had some power issues where the power got cut whenever the microwave was turned on. Easy enough to fix but a bit of a nuisance. Staff were helpful though in sorting the issue
