AC didn't work half the time . Staff "fixed" it only to have it break in the middle of the night every night . Credit card upon check out was charged nearly double the price advertised on booking .
Incredible amount of bug bites in room even compared to all the hostel bunk beds I stayed in throughout Nicaragua. Many options on corn island I would have rather stayed at besides this one for much cheaper .

The restaurant on site was great and the staff was friendly. It's right next to the beach which was clean and wonderful to walk and watch the sunset.the staff also helped to arrange a snorkel tour for us upon our arrival.
Our fitted sheet was dirty on our bed before we used them. We didn't complain and slept on top of the sheets instead of under them. We are an easy going couple when it comes to travel!

everything was awesome

Nice staff and owner. Nice grounds.
The room and bathroom was very old/ worn and needed work to bring it up to standard and to reflect the nightly cost.

bit ugly, not so well maintained

We stayed here for one night before heading back to Managua after a stay on Little Corn and it was fine - a nice location close to the airport with a beach bar on the beach. The room was comfortable with AC and a lovely warm shower.
The food in the restaurant was a bit average. the bed is on a strange concrete tiled platform with a step all the way around it which felt pretty dangerous for getting out of bed in the dark in the middle of the night.

I stayed here for anight after Little Corn and flying out the next day. It is walkable from the panga pier, or a short taxi, and central to get to Long Bay and Southwest Bay by short taxi rides also. The property is beautiful and west facing for a gorgeous sunset. My room was large, clean with good AC and the staff were all wonderful.

staff was excellent, food was very good at a very affordable price. Mike (owner) was always arrounnd to assist with questions and suggestions. Rented a scooter from them, at a very fair price and was able to explore the whole island. Got sick one day and the restaurant staff were very acomodating, made me a chicken soup eventhough it was not on the menue and the hotel staff found me some meds after hours when everything was closed. will definitely return. Thank you Mike and staff for an excellent stay!
make sure you take cash since there was a 5% unexpected surcharge for using credit card.

Friendly staff, not far from harbour, safe, secure, large room, air-con, safe/locker for valuables, good menu, beach opposite.
Bicycle rental a bit expensive and bikes need attention.
No hot water in shower

what a beautiful little resort! great air con, wifi and tv (we were having a chilled day!)
lovely gardens and very close to a beach which is good for snorkelling.
only reason for not 10* - needs a little maintenance in rooms
minor fixes - mosquito windows and toilet, also restaurant had rrun out of items on its limited menu.
lovely staff and breakfast, receptionist spoke fantastic English and helped us with several things very happily!
super comfy beds too.

rooms are infested with ants eating the walls where you wake up to dust all over your clothes and floor. Onisha and Magdalens are incredibly nice n helpful. many other staff just chill on the hammocks n aren’t happy to help you.

The room was much bigger than I expected. The property is in great shape and they have high quality hammocks and chairs to relax in. It’s in a good location with a place to swim right across the road and a one mile walk to the dock.
The restaurant was extremely limited in what they were able
to serve for lunch and dinner.

Everything was super nice

they didn’t have rooms when we arrived
I booked online and when I arrived they had cancelled my reservations due to no available rooms

The service was good, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They ordered taxis for us and gave us information about the island. The staff at the restaurant was very friendly. The dinner we had there was really good.
The property needs some maintenance, in the rooms and the common areas. Some small (or bigger) fixes that are not necessarily hard and expensive, but that would make a difference. Also, although the staff was very friendly, they could benefit some more training about personalized customer service. For example they refused to serve fruit juice at breakfast, or to mix two existing juices they had (which can be easily done and would make customers happier).

The property is quite close to the airport and the centre. The staff were wonderful. Good choices for breakfast. Clean, comfortable and 15 min walk to town.

I had booked one night and luckily they were able to accommodate me for 4! The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is a good portion and tasty. I like that you can rent a bike or scooter directly from the office to explore the island. I had a wonderful stay!
Mosquitoes weren’t a huge issue, but a net would have been helpful at night. I had one or two each night that were buzzing around.

the property is very relaxing and tranquillity with all the plants and trees. it was nice to hang in a hammock and relax

l'hamburger di lobster
moschitos and the hotel doesn't provide anything to avoid them! for example equipment at the doors

The huts were cute, rustic, safe with security guy roaming around, and nicely spaced apart and the property was on the beach directly which I love. there is a lovely little bar restaurant onsite and everyone who works there is super sweet and friendly and helpful.
the beach is covered in trash and I felt a bit uncomfortable as I encountered theft and property vandalism as well as groups of little kids following me and harassing me on the beach..I know, sounds funny but it sucks if you are trying to relax. it made me feel like I had to be always on guard. hahaha. meh.

We booked a bungalow and it was not only spacious but modernly decorated. There was hot water and AC and the bed was very comfortable. We slept extremely well. Good breakfast is included and the restaurant has very quick service. Great location at shipwreck beach and only a short walk to the best beach on the island Arenas. The hotel set up a Mani Pedi for me while I was there. We checked in a day early at 8 am and they got it room ready within an hour. Overall we really enjoyed this property.
The wifi was spotty in the cabanas.

Room was clean. Staff is pretty unprofessional and unmotivated. Breakfast before a flight is not possible without stress.

Privacy, room and bed is very comfy. AC was amazing and very cool.
Staff at night at bar didn’t seem like she wanted to sell anything. Didn’t even have change for a water bottle that I wanted to buy
