Liked · Check in and out process we’re smooth.
Breakfast/ mainly traditional food, with some variety. Mainly the taste is good and the service is excellent..
The spa service is excellent. Relaxing massage.
Overall, the place is a perfect destination for relaxation
especially the service provided by the hotel staff MR.Sahil & Rishikesh was excellent

Excellent breakfast, loved the halwa-poori
Sometimes the chai was too strong for us, so we requested regular black tea. This was usually available but not always. Another was the lack of local fruits, we didn’t find mangoes in the breakfast or dinner buffet

The overall infrastructure of the property.
My recent stay at Welcom ITC Savoy Mussoorie was a complete disaster, and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with the appalling service provided by the staff. It became evident that the management of this hotel is solely capitalizing on the beauty and location of the property itself, while neglecting the most crucial aspect of any hospitality establishment—the staff's professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction.
From the moment I arrived, the staff members demonstrated a lack of courtesy and attentiveness.
The process of checking out was so troublesome.
Even after calling them multiple times to take the luggage from our room, their poor response time and lack of efficiency just made it impossible for us to have a smooth check out process.
The hospitality at Taj and JW Marriott are much better and are at par excellence.
The restaurant staff lacked communication skills and delivered my order incorrectly twice.
It is disheartening to see such a beautiful property being mismanaged by a team that lacks professionalism and a genuine desire to provide quality service.
Please consider other options while visiting Mussoorie.
Please don’t stay here and waste your money.

Good spread for the breakfast. Quite liked the quality of the food. It was an excellent idea to opt for the property. I am a very frequent traveler and have visited many countries staying in star properties but the kind of hospitality I enjoyed here is unmatched. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Full marks to the staff for courtesy.
The monkey menace. The surprise cake arranged by the hotel on our anniversary was taken away by a monkey from our room by opening the door of the room 😒

The property is is well maintained and is an absolute luxury. Views from the hotel are beautiful. You need not visit any other place in Mussoorie for having such beautiful views. The staff was courteous and very helpful.
The food was excellent - breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner. The team of chefs were very helpful and made very delicious Jain food for us during our stay. Everyday we had different cuisine and variety of food.
The activities at the hotel were also good like sit out with family in lawn and hear to guitar and singing by the local person, housie, as well as other activities.
I just want to say a big thank you to all the Welcome Savoy Hotel staff for making our stay memorable!
A bit overpriced

Right from a robust good afternoon by the Durban to a warm welcome at the reception desk, the warmth was oozing. Mr Sanjay, Mr Ranjit, Ms Shraddha, Ms Aarushi( and many more at the Reception desk) were smiling and eager to help. Mr Sanjay and Ms Shraddha made our anniversary celebration special by arranging a cake cutting and decorating our room. Mr Dharamveer at the Bar served drinks with a big smile. The staff in the restaurant Mr Chander, Mr Amaan and many more(can't recollect their names) went a length to serve us. High Tea is a must to be attended and out of menu, piping hot chocolate was served to me. Overall a very Royal experience and a memorable one too!!
Not wheelchair and Senior Citizen friendly.
The bathrooms in mountain view rooms are very tiny. The sitout in mountain view rooms is also very tiny.
Portions served in Ala carte could have been a little larger
