Its a beautiful place for family good food and lovely staff.

A pleaseant stay with family.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the quality of food was really top-notch. The property is very well maintained with flowers all around. The beautiful terrace and the chirping of the bird in the morning has really won our heart. Thank you to the Team of Hotel SunGrace. The chauffeur service was good, from picking us from Airport, to site seeing and drop.

Just a suggesstion - a few more food options in the breakfast buffet such as muffin, tea-cakes would be good.

Cute hotel but needs some improvement

Floor was nice, room size and bathroom, desks and furnitures and overall set up was good.

The Mat in bathroom had hair clearly indicating the bathroom wasn’t prepared well to receive guests. Reception and overall hospitality could improve a bit and be more accomodating esp in low season when demands aren’t so high. The attitude of staff needs to improve with training. Also kitchen needs to learn what expresso means.

Stay experience was average but not that bad as well.

1. Room size. 2. Alacarte food is very nice. 3. Nice Terrace. 4. Parking. 5. Cleanness 6. Humble, politeness & helpful staffs 7. Location

1. Toilet doesn't have health faucet (jet water spray) 2. No lift (But can be managed) 3. No view from Deluxe family room. (you have to come out of room) 4. Breakfast doesn't have many options.

1) I wasn't happy with family room which was on ground floor.. There was no view and I felt suffocated... Rather it was a 5 nights stay.. 2) room cleaning staff should be more diligent.. I had to call them for giving dental kit.. Then it did not have all elements... These r small things but at d end of the day they matter

Summer vacation with family

Staff were very polite and helpful. Especially Mr. Sandeep who helped us resolve all the issues we faced during check-in. Rooms were clean and spacious. Food from in-house restaurant was excellent. Hotel provides shuttle service to Mall Road. Our room had a good view of the mountains.

There is no lift, but we were aware of it when we booked the hotel.

Near to tourist destinations, complementary Breakfast was okay with limited selections. Food was good . Staff was helpful.

Room size is too small The view from room is hindered by local shops. It was not value for money at all. We paid too much for no facilities. So much so, that water wasn't complementary either. We had to pay.

Food was good credit to chef

Everything else about the hotel is below average. Stinky room, rude reception staff, bad facilites. No reverse cycle air conditioning. Not even blower to heat up the room.

Staff are very cooperative & courteous.. Neat and clean hotel.

Lift for restaurant and terrace would have added to the hotel facilities.

INR 7000/- is too much for this room.

The 'family room' was spacious. Good for a family of 4 to 6 people.

The 'family room' is on the ground floor. You cannot open the window curtain as there are people walking outside. A short of privacy issue. The room was also damped. I paid INR 7000/- per night. I was expecting a better room.
