Everything about the property was great
5.0
We miss absolutely everything about Suenos!! It was so peaceful despite it's location, and we got an extra upgrade which was so lovely. The grounds were beautifully done and so well kept, including the beach. The staff were incredible, seeming to know what you wanted before you did! They were very attentive without being intrusive. Guillermo in particular was amazing (and happens to make the BEST margaritas!). The rooms are spacious, extremely clean and well maintained. We loved every minute of our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing luxurious stay in Tulum.
The whole area is extremely expensive so the hotel was inkeepng with this compared to most destinations, but you didn't feel like the staff were pushing to sell you more or force a tip unlike the local restaurants and bars

beautiful property, feels secluded and private away from busy street with lots to walk to. rooms were great. staff was fantastic and so kind. breakfast was really nice. we were there during the end of April and felt like we had the place to ourselves. even though the weather was great. beach beds were great. pool was nice.
nothing!

The food and the service excellent, almost like custom made. The setting felt private and and allowed for true relaxation. Love the sand grounds, the massage services were incredible. So clean, comfy and unstuffy

the staff were incredible. attentive and kind. it was a much quieter place than the boom boom new builds taking over tulum. the clientele were also really nice. people in couples, families etc. very relaxed and friendly vibe.
nothing. it’s fantastic.

The daybeds we’re not very comfortable

Nice and affordable hotel in Tulum. They have gated parking for your car just across the street. The staff and the manager will do anything to make your stay as great as possible. Rooms are nice with movable beds. Food is great. Wifi is excellent. The beach is nice to spend the day. You have a couple of good restaurants in walkable distance.
Breakfast portions could have been bigger.
4.5
Jesus is a great host. The boho style, simplicity and privacy of the rooms. The ocean view was great.
extremely poor WiFi in the rooms and thru the hotel. Impossible to do a simple call (no mobile signal, no landline either). Invest in hi speed and enough number of routers and we will return and invite our friends to come.

Location is good for someone with a car, breakfast was perfect.

Very secluded location. Away from the noise. Staff were amazing. The food was reasonably priced for the area. The cocktails were delicious. The whole fish which can be ordered in advance.
The shower blew hot and cold- unpredictable.

beachfront, with AC, & two beds. breakfast was great everyday. Ivan was wonderful, always had a smile on his face.
the menu/prices were switched on us without any notice whatsoever….BEWARE!
I have never had that done in any other hotel I’ve stayed at. I would not stay there again for that reason. Both menus said taxes included & we were charged extra for tax.

Breakfast was delicious and we opted to stay for lunch and dinner several times since the food was exceptional. Our server and bar tenders were so nice and very accommodating. The receptionist was great too! The grounds were so well maintained by the staff and patrolled by the resident GS Dog.
Hard to say "Didn't like" The beach was beautiful (except for the seaweed) but could have had more covered seating and the chairs were not very comfortable. Not enough seating around the pool
4.5
Location is amazing: it's right on a wonderful beach in a quite area where you can sleep very well not disturbed by the nightlife... the only sound comes from the nature: waves and the birds
Do not expect the high standards of a 4 stars hotel: there is no tv nor telephone; electrical plugs are not everywhere, furniture is quite basic, etc... but I guess the spirit of the hotel is to relax and be close to the nature and the jungle

Excellent accomodation. A real diamond along the coast of Tulum. Very quiet, contrary to many other hotels there.

The room was gorgeously designed with a killer view. The entire retreat had a relaxed, calming, indulgent feeling. The breakfasts were memorable too!
I loved everything.

location
AC turns off at 9:30 am, but I understand why.

It is a beautiful property that gives you a lot of peace. Every corner of the place offers you an exceptional atmosphere of tranquility and disconnection from the outside world.
The only thing I can better is the menu. Breakfast is very good but the rest of the menu can be better and wouldn’t have any excuse to go out.

Tulum has changed a lot over the last couple of years, but Suenos Tulum happens to be located towards the end of the hotel chains. It is a peaceful and relaxing place with a very friendly staff. The quality of the offering is very good, all the menu is cautiously selected and locally sourced. You won't make a mistake going there.
Absolutely nothing. Everything was great.
4.5
Fantastic location, walking distance from the nice restaurants but very quiet and secluded.
Value for money was a bit expensive.

beautiful beach. Very nice staff: very open and receptive. Very clean venue. Amazing breakfast
I experienced some more comfortable sunbed :) but it s fine. Not real area around the pool (but do you need to use the pool?)

The location on the beach and its privacy were better than I had anticipated. It was beautiful, private, restful . The staff were all very welcoming, accomodating and helpful.. It was rustic, charming, and simple in natural elegance. I enjoyed the artistic touches througout higligting the artistic, craft and culture of the Yucatan region and the persons from this beautiful, historical region of Mexico. It showcased the ancient history of Mexico in a very simple and comofortable modern way. Wifi was excelletnt , conveiences were great .
4.5
beautiful location, wonderful and courteous staff, nice and private, wonderful layout and architecture, nice amenities.
There is nothing we didn’t like, but maybe they can make changes to the menu and give more food options.
2.5
Great location on the beach, rooms are clean and the beds are comfy.
Lots of improvement is needed, especially with the breakfast service. They run the service with minimal staff which means it was take up to 1 hour to eat. The food is repetitive and the staff do not communicate properly. It took 45 mins to receive a coffee one morning which in my opinion is not acceptable. The young guy who works on reception is very helpful but the rest of the staff leave a lot to be desired. I asked for a simple restaurant recommendation one day and the woman rolled her eyes at me and didn’t listen to a word I said.
