Great location, comfy beds!

Great hotel. We always stay there when visiting London. 5 minute walk from St. Pancras trainstation and Kings Cross underground. Location is excellent. Great pubs nearby. And just a few minutes on the underground away from most toplocations in London Beds are comfy and clean. So is the bathroom. We had a room with no windows but that didn' t bother us. Airco was very nice.

There is not really a lobby or restaurant or anything like that. No contact check in. You get a code that opens the frontdoor and your room. We found it easy, but someone might prefer contact. If you need to spend more time in your room due to bad weather, ir might feel a bit small.

Excellent Location

- location - proximity to King's Cross St. Pancras Station and everything I need. - toilet and bathroom is big enough - I booked a room for 2 but I stayed alone. The bed is wide enough. - There is hair dryer, kettle - I requested for a room in the ground floor and they gave me room at ground floor

- Room has no window. It smells damp when entering the room - Sound from outside and from the upper floor can be heard - The lock in the room was not working when I am about to go out. I was surprised! So all along when I was inside my room, the door is not locked. I told the reception about it. She tried to fix may times but cant fix, So she called the maintenance. She asked me to go and she assures me that no one will enter my room. - No complimentary bottled water, coffee, tea

El 26 de Agosto de 2023 realicé una reserva entrada el 28 de Junio 2024 y Salida el 1 de Julio en este hotel, lo había contratado con cancelación gratuita hasta 28 días antes de la fecha del viaje, con lo que el día 01 de Junio me cobraron el total de la reserva. Lamentablemente el día 26 de Junio falleció mi suegra y madre de mi acompañante, por lo que me he puesto en contacto con el hotel para tratar de que me rembolsaran los gastos de cancelación de la estancia o cambio de fechas, o que solo me cobraran el precio de la primera noche, aunque les estaba avisando con mas de 24 horas de antelación al check in . No han querido colaborar en nada, ni me han dado ninguna alternativa, demostrando por tanto una falta total de empatía y humanidad :(. On August 26, 2023, I made a reservation for arrival on June 28, 2024 and departure on July 1 at this hotel. I had contracted it with free cancellation up to 28 days before the date of the trip, so on June 1 I They charged the total reservation. Unfortunately, on June 26, my mother-in-law and mother of my companion passed away, so I have contacted the hotel to try to get them to reimburse me for the expenses of canceling the stay or changing dates, or to only charge me the price for the first night, although I was notifying them more than 24 hours in advance of check-in. They have not wanted to collaborate in anything, nor have they given me any alternative, therefore demonstrating a total lack of empathy and humanity :(.

Felt comfy in a crowded area!

The check in procedure, how close it was to the big stations, and I was surprised how comfy they made the room, even though there's not much space to work with. I had everything I needed!

Sometimes its a bit hard to get some fresh air in, especially in the middle of the night because of the noise and the way the window opens.

Great value for money

Very close to kingscross, it's honestly about a 3 minute walk away. Food places all around it...room is very good value for money and it is cleaned everyday! Super easy to access once checked it, hassle free! Shower and bathroom were also nice, you get give earplugs, a complementary drink at the pub next door and a cute little chocolate

Pillows we're very soft so just a little uncomfortable. It's on a main road so could be super noisy at times (not really the hotels fault but worth mentioning) they do give you ear plugs though.

Zeer kleine kamer, meer dan alleen een bed en badkamer was het niet Plank naast het bed viel naar beneden bij het steken van een stekker in het stopcontact De code die je krijgt bij online inchecken werkt niet buiten bepaalde tijden, dit is zeer onhandig als je bijvoorbeeld later weer terug moet om bagage op te halen, we stonden 15 min te wachten voor de deur voor we werden binnengelaten in het hotel

Was convenient for our travel arrangements but didn’t get much sleep!

Was clean and fresh and very close to our train service for the morning.

Very noisy, people coming and going all night and making all sorts of noise! Bed springs could be felt.

Well priced , clean hotel in a fantastic location . Couple of unexpected nice touches

Fantastic location , easy access with the PIN numbers , small but comfortable room , welcome chocolates were a nice touch. Also had a voucher for a free drink in the pub next door

Clean, comfortable and good value for money

I liked how close it was to the station which is what we needed. I like the selection of teas they offered as well!

I didn’t like how thin the walls were, however I am appreciative that ear buds were provided as I know that the building is out of someone’s control.

Room was equipped with an air conditioner which was much appreciated during the hot weather. Staff helpful and quick to respond when door/room code stopped working on our second day.

Central location at a good price!

The location of the hotel is excellent for its proximity to Kings Cross train station and underground. It is a busy area but we did not have any problems with outside noise, even though our room was facing the street. The room was very clean, and had everything we needed for a short stay. Online check in and out was easy, with no problems accessing the room on arrival. Great value!

The only issue we had was noisy neighbours- the room next door had their TV on loudly until 5am, and we could hear them shouting and banging until the early hours. This, however, is not the hotel's fault and would not stop me going back.

The room and bathroom we couldn't fault. Clean and had everything required for the stay.

The bed was uncomfortable and there was constant banging and noise from other guests in the hotel so only managed an hour's sleep.

The room was good, very clean, with comfortable bed. Location was excellent. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Unfortunately, it's noisy. Our rooms were on the second and the third floor, but we could still hear trains of tube passing every couple of minutes. You do get used to it though.

Good option, excellent people and quite centric

People working there was very kind and helpfull. It was really easy to check-in and access the room and storage luggage is possible.

The room was a bit small for four people and the sofa-bed was uncorfortable for the back.

Perfect emplacement and great for tourist just needing a place to sleep

The bathroom sink was very small and hard to wash anything, especially my face but overall the room was great! The girl working the front desk was so nice and helpful. Loved that we could leave our luggage before checkin and after checkin and could come in at anytime.

Clean, good location, but facilities & comfort was not the best

Location was ideal, right next to King's Cross station, so we were able to easily get to the hotel after our transit from Amsterdam via Eurostar. Bathroom was clean and well-stocked. Milk, tea, coffee was all provided. Blow dryer & kettle provided. Aircon was excellent & we had a smart TV so could watch streaming platforms with our own login.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable - could feel the springs in our mattress. No windows (but, this was made very clear to us when booking so we were not surprised - just made the room a bit grim). We requested a ground-floor room when we booked as we didn't want to haul our luggage up the stairs for a single night as we were stopping over from Amsterdam before flying home - this request was confirmed at time of booking and over message when I asked again later, however when we arrived we were given a second floor room which was up a lot of stairs and around many corners - it was difficult to find. We were not provided a key card, only a code for the door, so we had to remember that every time we wanted to access the room.
