Great sea view on second floor above the restaurant- no issue with noise. Lovely hot water and comfy bed. Great one night stop. Access is via separate outside door next to restaurant. Very helpful staff.
Nothing of note.

Location was great. Rooms were clean. Very close to good restaurants and on the beach.
The noise from music till the late hours of the night /early morning. The staff laughing/talking so loudly and making a noise during their cleaning time on a Sunday afternoon not considering the guests. No hairdryer in my room. Blinds on window not working and curtains very thin so too much light in the room to have good sleep. No kettle in room to make coffee. No water in room or even a glass to use.

Location convenient, at the beach and close to restaurants and services. Beautiful view, when you open the windows. Room was clean. Beds, pillows and blankets were comfortable. Easy to check in and out. Easy to enter the room. The staff was friendly.
Room was tiny and no privacy in the toilet / shower, which had a glass door right next to the bed. The shower door needs fixing as it gets jammed easily. The description and pictures of the room was a bit misleading. Yes, there is a beautiful seaview, but the windows are so small and high up, you need to stand in order to see it. And also there was moist on the windows, so you need to have them open to see out. The biggest problem was, that there is a loud R
restaurant / bar at the downstairs and music plays loudly at least to 2 a.m. So be sure to wear earplugs to get some sleep. At least in the August high season the area is very busy and noisy, maybe very different experience on other times of the year.

We came very late during our travels in Portugal. The owner left the keys in the restaurant downstairs and we had self check-in. The room was super clean with a nice bathroom and we had a view on the ocean.

Amazing view of the beach, great restaurant on the bottom floor.

The view was amazing as was the location. The room was clean and the bed/pillows were comfortable. Free parking is available on the street. We would definitely stay here again.
Needed more lighting above the bed. The door to enter the room sticks a little.

Really clean and lovely interior decor with sea view
Very noisy due to the music from the bar

The location in front of the see

Location is very central, above the cafe/bar downstairs. The whole town is free parking so you can park on the car lot on the beachfront about 200m away. If you get a room with a view over the ocean it is amazing. We got 3 euro vouchers for breakfast downstairs at the cafe each day.
Because of the location it is very loud. Would have been impossible to sleep without earplugs as the 2 bars crank music quite late. Room wasnt overly clean, it looked like they had never vacummed under the bed. Door to the bathroom was a glass door so hopefully you are very comfortable with your other guest. No air conditioning so you need to sleep with the windows open, hense needing earplugs. Very firm bed.

Staff were friendly and very helpful - they even provided a safe place to leave our bikes. They spoke fantastic english for which we were thankful given our poor Portuguese. We had a great sea view.
The room facilities listed shampoo, conditioner and body soap. These weren't provided so all we had was hand wash to shower with and wash our hair. Only a small thing for some, but we had cycled 45km and were counting on these things.
The private bathroom was sectioned using privacy glass and a sliding door. It was located next to the double bed and there was very little privacy!
The music is loud and continues late. Closing the window shuts out most the sound (including, disappointingly, the sound of waves crashing) but doesn't prevent bass reverberation.

We originally booked a 1-bedroom apartment for 3 nights and needed to add one extra night beforehand, which booking.com told us the same apartment was not available for, so we booked a double room for the 1st night instead. It seems the booking channels aren't very carefully monitored because the 1-bedroom apartment was actually available for the first night to, so we checked into that one straight.
The 1-bedroom apartment is quite OK, although booking.com says it has sea view and the sea view is only from the bathroom window?! The apartment is also extremely cold and the bedroom has no windows. The staff offered an electric oil heater, which I'm sure would not have helped all that much. Even if the bedroom would have been heated, the living room and bathroom would still be freezing. We said we'd sleep the first night and then see if heating was necessary (our stay was in November). Anyway, after the first night of rather uncomfortable and cold sleep we went to the reception and asked if there were any other rooms available with real sea view and upon a small upgrade fee, they offered us a two-bedroom apartment which was just amazing - I'm so glad we decided to ask! That one had a real sea view, you can wake up looking straight at the beach. This apartment has a better heating system, although we couldn't make the one in the bedroom work. We ended up leaving the door open and using the living room heater for both rooms - that worked perfectly fine. The apartment has everything you need for a few days stay, large shower, seating area in the kitchen was very welcome and large fridge is also a huge plus for longer stays.
Overall, we are quite satisfied with the two-bedroom apartment, but not with the one we originally booked. We're lucky that traveling during the low season, there were plenty of rooms free to be offered alternatives.
Cold one-bedroom apartment, sea view is only from the bathroom window. No heating in one-bedroom apartment (only electric oil heater offered).
Check-out process wasn't clear, as the reception desk is inside the restaurant downstairs, which is of course not open early in the morning. My mother lives nearby and ended up keeping our keys so she could do the check-out for us later, but I assume normally keys should be left inside the apartment? Not sure, we didn't receive concrete information on this.

Great location in front of the beach, small but clean.
If you’re looking for a quiet place, this is not it. At night it’s very noisy, you will hear the music and people from the bars downstairs until very late.

Very nice, clean, bright room, everything very new. Nice big comfortable bed, large shower with lots of hot water. Amazing view from our room at the front.
The staff/owners were really nice, very friendly and very helpful.
Loved the sea and the sea view but didn't realise how noisy the sea can be at night!
