La atención del personal y limpieza.
Las llaves de las habitaciones deberían ser electrónicas en lugar de llaves de metal colgadas de una tablita de madera.

We loved the atmosphere and room. The front desk staff are wonderful as were all the tour guides and their tours. Darwin is a great concierge and we enjoyed Maya fish cooking and natural remedies with Ivan, iguana visit with George, Maya ruins with Cruz, and cave tubing with Wilbur. The desk and restaurant staff are also wonderful. We were able to do every activity directly from the resort and our time at the resort was delightful. The room is spacious and comfortable with great AC when needed. The pool and grounds are wonderful.
Having to leave.

Loved the location, staff were very friendly, and the hotel restaurant exceeded my expectations. We did go into town to eat the local food but our hotels food was better. I'd come back and stay at same location.

Beautiful location, amazing staff. My family is gluten free and the kitchen staff went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. Would definitely recommend it to people with celiac disease and anyone else who wants a great location in the jungle.

I signed up my son, wife and I for a caving excursion through the hotel travel guide for $235 USD. Because of heavy rain in the area, the caving tour was cancelled by the guide service due to safety concerns. We were never credited back this money even though the receptionist at the check-in counter assured me before we left Belize that we would be given a credit on our credit card.

Superb hotel, The Best hotel in the area. Superb staff and service.
Pool could have been warmer. The prices at the restaurant should have been about 20% cheaper considering the prices in the area.

It was by far the nicest hotel in San Ignacio. The staff were excellent- friendly & helpful. Bed was extremely cozy, thick walls, good housekeeping. The on-site restaurant was very good, we enjoyed all our meals- while it was a little pricy compared to the rest of town, it was still cheaper than in the U.S.
We booked a couple excursions through the hotel and felt they were fairly priced for the value we received- we definitely had some of the best tour guides. However the prices for booking a shuttle through the hotel were way too high. You can absolutely find better deals for little effort in town.

Friendly staff. Also how easy it was to go on tours with their in-house tour company.
Nothing negative to say even if I tried. Any problems we encountered were speedily fixed by staff.

this resort was beautiful and well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved the Belizian mahogany everywhere and the staff was very helpful. The location was great— within walking distance of so much!

We were greeted in the lobby by friendly, helpful staff. After checking in, our luggage was whisked to our hotel room while one of the attendants gave us a quick tour of the facility and provided pool and restaurant hours.
Our hotel room was very pleasant. Large bathroom and lovely shower. Air conditioning worked great. Our spacious balcony looked out over the pool area and lushly landscaped grounds. Our king-size bed was very comfortable. The hotel set up an additional single bed for our daughter which gives you a sense of how large the room was.
The best part of our stay was watching all the birds, including a couple types of Toucans, every morning at breakfast. The restaurant balcony is three stories above ground level so we were nearly at the top of the tree canopy. What a perfect way to start out our busy sightseeing days!
Wifi was a bit weak in our room, especially for online streaming but that just helped us get straight to sleep after long days.

The staff were incredible- friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable.
The rooms were pretty small and dark. No spa onsite.

The view from the restaurant, lobby and pool was stunning! The staff was warm, welcoming and helpful! We booked one room through the app and ended up getting a second room for our kids after arrival. Our room had a patio with a hammock and view of the jungle, the kids room was smaller and had no view. I'd recommend the more expensive room!
I was disappointed you could not access the river from the property. I was under that impression from viewing it on a map.

The terrace is pleasant and the pool the nicest we've seen so far in Belize
The first two days there was only enough hot water for one shower. On the third day there was no hot water, even though we'd told reception about the problem the day before, so we both suffered Luke warm showers. Really not acceptable, especially at these prices.
Beware too of the plastic-backed mattress cover on a too soft mattress. You will find yourselves waking up in a sweat bucket, tossing and turning all night and in the morning feeling like all your bones are broken.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The room is beautiful and clean, and the facilities and the staff are excellent. We had a wonderful time hanging out by the pool, playing tennis and sitting and relaxing in our patio. It is no wonder Queen Elizabeth stayed here in the 90s. Highly recommend this place and would stay again.
The only think you consider is the price, but we thought it was worth it!
