It was a pleasant stay! I highly recommend! I would sleep there again and again!

The Perfect Layover Moment

For the price point, this hotel is incredible. Large rooms, with tubs and separate showers and great pillows. They have 2 onsite restaurants and a spa, with jacuzzi + sauna + an outdoor heated pool.

It's not the prettiest location, next to the freeway. But we were there for a long layover and it was ideal for nursing jetlag, as we worked out, ate exceptional Italian food at the onsite restaurant and swam

Having been to other high end Kampinski hotels in other countries, this one have scaled down in regard to world standard

Security concerns

The room was so small compared to other five star hotels. The restaurant staff are unprofessional and rude to colored clients, which is common to most tourists hotels in Kenya . I was ordered to leave a restaurant for another client even when I explained that I was an in-house guest

Great place with lovely friendly staff. Food delicious especially the breakfast.

Kepinsky is always a good place to stay. The staff are so friendly and try to make your stay as perfect as they can possibly do. The food is good. And the location is good for the CBD.

Check in was not done as well as it usually is. The check in person did not give full information and was very quick, even though there was no one waiting, they should spend more time ensuring we have all the information we need. The room was very cold. The road noise is becoming an issue with this lovely hotel.

Lovely boutique hotel in Nairobi

We used the Kempinski for a quick stop over before we flew to the Masai Mara for our safari. The staff were super friendly and organised all our taxis for us. We arrived late but ordered room service which was very quick and tasted great.

Definitely a stay that didn’t reflect the price paid for a single night.

The foyer.

Poor street access for pedestrians. Faulty air conditioning in room 535. Reported and attended to within the hour. Large volume of condensate drained from the system by the maintenance technician. System worked for a few hours before the same fault returned. Being told that I would enjoy a 25% discount by the check in clerk and then discovering at Lucca restaurant that discount didn’t apply to that restaurant. Restaurant waitress decided to charge to my room in order to apply a guest discount. Restaurant called my room and said ‘we cannot charge your room as you don’t have any credit left’ ‘Can I bring my machine to your room so that you can pay for your meal?’ I’ll stick to Double Tree and Marriott in future. This never happened when we stayed with them in more than 30 countries.

Pretty good.

Receptionists were very friendly and supportive. The interior and furniture were so fine.

The card key didn't work when trying to enter the Gym. The location was a bit far from the central business districts and shopping districts, and it was hard to go out by foot due to the safety concern. I felt inconvenient.
