Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Could be much better with a few minor improvements

Very conveniently situated with easy access to shops, malls etc. Close to the airport. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Joseph in housekeeping is a star!

I upgraded to an apartment and was quite disappointed. The room furniture were quite dull/old. Cupbards were dusty. As there are regular events/conferences in the hotel, you must be prepared to have a lot people in the reception/parking area and sometimes it get noisy. There was a community center opposite my room and during the evenings and weekends it. got very busy and noisy. I ordered room service my first night there and was very disappointed with the meal, a margerita pizza and a green salad nothing too complicated. I did not use the restaurant facilities at all during my stay, not even for breakfast which was included in my rate.

Clean, comfortable stay in Nairobi, but quite an impersonal experience for travellers.

Well-located in a central part of Nairobi, with friendly helpful staff and good breakfast options. We liked that we could access the steam room and sauna for free as part of our stay.

Upon check-in, the receptionist didn't take time to explain the hotel facilities, and wasn't able to help us with any ideas of things to do in Nairobi. The hotel doesn't have any maps or other travel recommendations, but the team at the concierge did their best to help by showing us the list of highlights of Nairobi that the paid third-party tour includes.

Comfy hotel with great food but expensive and not much for kids to do.

Very comfy family suite. Amazing gym on 22nd floor with great view. Fantastic buffet breakfast and a La carte dinner. Helpful staff.

Expensive. Freezing swimming pool. Few sun loungers. Revolving restaurant not included in half board package. Not much entertainment for kids apart from with Sunday brunch. Atmosphere a little sterile

Best hotel in Nairobi

the staff are amazing, the beds are so big and comfortable, the rooms are really modern and clean and the breakfast is the really tasty! I couldn’t fault this hotel, the best in Nairobi

Perfect hotel

Our room, was a junior suite it was excellent. The lady of the reception did an excellent job and her service was great. The whole stay was great also the food and the lunch are worthwhile.

Nothing was negative we enjoyed ever minute.

Room was super comfortable.... everything from the bed, bathroom etc was clean and inviting. Cant say much about the meals as i was there for a conference and so meals were preplanned buffets
