Espai de dormir

La cuina sent espai comú hauria d’estar més neta, entenc que no només es cosa del personal de neteja sinó dels hostes també. Però volia fer us del microones i no vaig poder perquè estava molt brut. El fet que no hi hagi personal fa sentir més solitari i no poder preguntar coses sobre la ciutat o poder tenir una petita connexió amb l’entorn.

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung zu gutem Preis

Sehr sauber, alles in einem guten Zustand, Bad war sauber und groß

Kein Fenster (wie angegeben), das Zimmer war extrem klein sodass man sich mit Gepäck kaum bewegen konnte, keine Möglichkeit seine Kleidung aufzubewahren aber bei geöffnetem Koffer auf dem Boden konnte man die Tür nicht mehr öffnen, trotz Klimaanlage auf empfohlener Stufe etwas stickig, für eine Nacht in Ordnung aber darüber hinaus nicht empfehlenswert

Terrible big time

It was terrible

1 The rooms are so small.. Ive bin all over the world but this closet in inhumane. Prissonors have a better time. 2. Also no daylight in the canteen. 3. You get a wake up call from the kids on the 2nd floor at 8.30 hr... so sleep in is imposible. 4. Parking cost a lot and it 200 meter from the hotel 5. No Garden

Superb

Cozy and small hostel, tidy and clean, comfortable rooms , very good location in the middle of the city. Well equipped kitchen, well suited for travelling with kids as well.

The bunk beds didn't have safety board so the kids couldn't sleep there

Cheap and cheerful

Location was around 5 minutes from Lund Central Train station, and a short walk to supermarkets, cafés and bars. Had great facilities for a hostel and room were clean and tidy.

Towels should be provided with the linen, not extra. No windows made you lose track of time and disorient you.

Good

The location can't get any better - it doesn't get any more central than this. The place is nice and clean and there is a common area with tables, chairs and sofas. Wi-Fi was also very reliable. If you need a reasonably priced place to sleep in the centre of Lund for a few days, this is a pretty good option.

The ventilation in the room wasn't great unless you use the air con, which is (very) noisy, which means that you wake up in the morning in a room with very little oxygen left. Insulation isn't great either and you can hear noise from the corridor and the adjacent rooms very well.

Terrible customer experience and management for such a good property location

Helpful customer service provided by the lady doing the housekeeping "Jamyra"

Terrible customer service provided by a guy "Ulf", delayed booking confirmation. They locked my belongings a full night for not waiting them 4 hours until they assigned a new bed in a empty dorm. It is a cheap unmanned hostel but that does not justify the terrible customer service.

Superb

Nice clean hostel, great location, close to everywhere. Comfy beds with a curtainn for privacy and handy shelf, lamp and socket at every bed. Spacious lockers and drawers. Big kitchen and common/dining area.

500sek for a bed in a dorm is too much, even the hostel was nice. I also prefer when there is a reception and you now that someone from staff is always around.

The hostel is well situated in the centre. Facilities are clean.

This was the second time I stayed in this hostel. The second time was better since I didn't meet the hotel's owner. However, the first time we stayed with my bf there was a major issue with the personnel. First, we arrived a bit earlier and wanted to let our bags in the room (we booked a mini-hotel room). The owner was really not friendly and basically chased us out of the room saying it was not yet ready. Then we came back later in the evening and he was in the lobby, while we were walking our way to the mini-hotel through the corridor he halted us and asked who we are and where we are going which was really odd since we met him a few hours earlier when we were not allowed to leave our bags. All in all, the hotel manager/owner really needs to learn to be more friendly with customers.

CCP hostel. extremely Small room but with private space.

Bed is already made by the staff it's big when you already have spent a big day. And it's dormitory but at the same time feels private due to separated space and curtain.

The main reason why I give you 5 is that you were deliberately or carelessly neglectful on the guests' rights. They had the guest kitchen and dining area rent to some other group of ppl so I was not allowed to use it. It's like you're selling an iPhone but you cannot use Youtube and Google. Without any previous explanation or later compensation. There was just a piece of paper noticing at the toilet. You're just CCP hostel. But I was anyways going to eat out with my friend so I didn't really care. But still it's not a proper or right way to do your business Mr. or Ms. CCP
