Not a good choice...

The location is excellent, very close to the Lund Central and Grand Hotel Lund (5 minutes walking distance) and still in a quiet road. The price is good compared to other options nearby, and it was one of a few that had single rooms. The room setup was also ok, with a table for working and a small bathroom.

First of all, the Wi-Fi was terrible, unstable and inadequate, and 4-5 times in two days wasn't operational. When I complained to the owner, instead of apologising and trying to fix it, he played a smart guy, saying that I can use my mobile data plan in case I didn't know! As if Wi-Fi was optional. So, I lost quite some time writing messages and also trying to get Internet access otherwise. Furthermore, I asked to change the invoice (it was my mistake that I declared the wrong address) and the owner asked for ~50 Euros to change the addresss! And he played a smart guy again when I said that I was working days and late nights (explaining my mistake not changing the default profile in booking,com) scoffing me whether he should "laugh" or "cry" and saying more or less that it's my fault and I should pay for it... Then the last night I found a couple of bugs that I am not sure what they were (photos attached). This was of course "poetic justice"..

Got exactly what we expected which was a comfortable, quiet night without alot of bells and whistles

The breakfast was down the street and around the corner - it's a crepe house during the day. The breakfast was find - decent variety.

The second floor fire escape was a bit dodgy.

Location

A bit awkward getting in and out of the front door with luggage. A doorstop may be helpful. Steps are a bit narrow getting in.

Nice hotel and breakfast

Nice location and clean room. Check in easy with door codes. Not the first time I’ve stayed here and it’s perfect for one or two nights. Breakfast is really nice and is served at a cafe 50 m from hotel.

Great place to stay in wonderful Lund

Lovely little place central Lund beautiful breakfast in the creperie. Staff were very friendly

Good location, but disappointing staff

Excellent location

Very small bad and not professional service for breakfast. We waited outside the place of breakfast for 5 minutes, and the breakfast was served after 25 minutes. We were disappointed!!

Return visit, for a month, to attend a course in Malmö

The hotel is so convenient and comfortable.. smart modern rooms and facilities, situated right in the heart of town and two minutes walk from the station.

Superb

The hotel is situated in the middle of Lund, in the middle of the old-town. Check-in and -out is extremely easy and lightweight and very comfortable, even if there is no personnel on site. The breakfast is served at a creperie in some 50m distance. The very best thing is that the hotel has a very particular flair as it is an old building and the interior design is very lovely!

If to complain at all: the toilet lid quality is lousy ;o)

Excellent location in the heart of Lund! everything you need is just a few steps away including the train station. The hotel itself is cozy, I had one of the garden rooms and it was very pleasant and very clean. Really appreciated the espresso machine in the common area.

Charming and decent small hotel!

Charming, cute and comfortable hotel in a superb location! It only has a few rooms on two floors. Don’t expect any personal interaction with the staff as it’s more of a “help yourself” type of hotel. For us that worked perfectly. We got plenty of information in advance and the staff was available on phone and texting if needed. We arrived, entered the code on the entrance door, found our room with the key in the lock. When we left the next morning we put the key in a box in the entrance hall. Very easy. The room was great. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept on, with lots of nice pillows. Everything was spotlessly clean, and there were heaters and a TV. The only thing I missed was a kettle:( Breakfast was lovely! It’s served in a small café around the corner. It consisted of crêpes with raspberry, scrambled eggs and bacon, “homemade” breads, a variety of cheese, meat and marmalades, and fruits. I will definitely stay again should I return to Lund:)

It would be nice to have a kettle. Also, check out at 10 am is pretty early..
