Quarto confortável. Check-in facilitado.

A localização fica um pouco longe do trem de superfície e metro. No horário da noite é um pouco desconfortável para chegar, mas não tivemos nenhum problema.

Please teach the cleaner not to disrespect people in the morning

The man at the property was a very good man and helpful But the guy doing the cleaning I. The morning you need to teach him not to knock at the people doors like this that was very rude and disrespectful it’s a hotel not a jail I was sleeping he wake me up at 8am that was the only thing bad other then that all nice and clean

L’homme a l’accueil de type maghrébin est un raciste à éviter vraiment

L’homme qui travaille à la réception de type maghrébin c’est un raciste hôtel à éviter! . J’étais dans l’hôtel depuis 4 jour et mon dernier jour je suis restez jusqu’à 17h du coup je devais repayée une chambre en descendant à la réception ma carte ne passais pas . J’ai donc dit a l’homme que j’allais retirez et que je reviendrais sachant que j’étais là depuis 4 jour a ce moment là il m’as attrapé par le bras c’était très violent !! Il m’empêchait de quitter l’établissement . Je lui et dit qu’il fallait que je sorte pour retirez à ce moment là il a crié c’est mis en état de folie . Ensuite il m’as dit que ce n’était plus la peine de revenir payez et que j’etait bani de l’hôtel . Hôtel vraiment à évite si vous êtes noir car l’homme a l’accueil de type maghrébin et vraiment raciste

Posizione vicino ad aeroporto.

Camera sporca, lavandino in plastica con bruciature di sigaretta, pareti sporche con macchie di liquame, pavimento in materiale plastico con bruciature di sigaretta, finestra principale rotta con difficile chiusura. Macchina per il check in off line, ho dovuto attendere più di 30 minuto che riprendesse il funzionamento dopo aver contattato l'assistenza Ibis. Assolutamente sconsigliato x viaggi in famiglia.

Stayed only 2 nights for work, stay was good.

Its value for money. Hotel is clean and close to Orly Airport.

There is no possibility to pay cash when reception is closed. The machine takes only card. No toaster and no bacon, or eggs.

I spent a peaceful night as no noise and knowing the schedule for the shuttle to the airport. Will go back!

The staff was helpful, helping with connecting to wifi on my American phone snd showed me the schedule for the shuttle. Clean and peaceful, no noise!

I liked that the shuttle service is good and the hotel fits my budget, clean and nice staff!

It was ultimately perfect for one night if you want to get to Orly the next day.

It was clean and had all the essentials, the bed was very comfortable. It's a very good basic, minimal, attractive space. Good for one night. Free, secured parking.

The location is very poor, the parking lot was very awkward and not big enough for all the guests. There is NOTHING within walking distance, (one restaurant), no cafes; near other hotels and busy roads. Too much money for what you get.

It was ok that we could check in without any employees being present at the time we arrived.

The info about which navette to choose from the airport would have helped a lot. Instead we had to ask many times.

Don’t waste your money.

This hostel has a bad odor, toilet has a stains and do not flush, beds are uncomfortable, pillows are uncomfortable, and the shower was nasty. Overall I will not stay here again and I do. It recommend this place

Cheap, close to airport Orly.

Not sure if staff was rude or it's just usual Parisian behavior. The room was small. Toilet smaller. Asked for a socket converter for my phone charger to staff they don't have any.

Very close to Orly airport

I had a flight early in the morning so I just needed a hotel to spend the night and it was very convenient. It is very practical, nothing extraordinary, but clean and functional.

the Shuttle is a mini Bus and we were completely packed inside. he stops at several hotels so others guests could not get in. But the airport is very close so it is always possible to get a taxi

Very convenient place to stay. Super close to orly airport. I felt very comfortable.

Despite my room being clean, but there was a bit of dust or something in the air because I kept sneezing when I was in the room. I ended up having to wear a mask inside and that’s when I stopped sneezing. But despite this, overall I felt safe and comfortable there.

Would be better if staff give some more importance and value to the customer for example real time help with the payments via kiosk machine.

Proximity to airport

We arrived late for our stay night before and early flight. This hotel offers automated check in however we discovered that the card machine would only accept local credit cards. We tried various visa's and master cards so quite major brands. We were all foreigners so had no means to pay. Luckily a french lady checking in offered to pay with her credit card and we gave her the amount in cash. The hotel has an emergency button which we called more than 5 times to which they never answer. Had this lady not been there at that time we would have all been left stranded sleeping outside. Never again. If you do not own a french credit card than this hotel is definitely not for you. Assistance at night is unexistant.
